A portion of their money goes to help children. They are honest about everything. We had a roof that was damaged. They had to put some watershield on part of the roof because the last contractor didn't do it. He called me and said, look, the best thing we can do is replace the plywood and fix the roof so that it is all level. I went ahead and let him do it. I knew the bid was going to be high but they kept it honest and spent a day and a half on the roof. For the amount of roof they pulled off and rebuild I didn't pay more than $6000. They cleaned up and did a real nice job. The guy kept me informed. If anything changed, they were on the phone talking to me. If I called them they would call back within an hour.

A hailstorm hit our house in April of 2011. I did some research on the internet regarding roofing companies. Out of the hundreds in the DFW area, this one stuck out at me. This was and has been the only roofing company I've ever heard of giving 10-25% of the price of a roof to charity. I called them up and the next day they inspected my roof, garage doors, gutters, windows, fencing, and air conditioner unit for any damage, for free. Then I got the news that my roof was in bad shape. I opened a claim with my insurance and they were even able to meet with the insurance rep. that came to inspect my roof. Once I signed the contract to have the work done by Roofity I only had to talk to my insurance company once through the whole experience. They made it so painless. After getting all of the financial stuff taken care of,2-3 weeks, I got a call from the contractor letting me know the building materials were in my driveway. The next day my daughter and I were about to walk out of the door and head to work/school when we heard feet activity on my roof. I went to work and during my lunch break I received another call letting me know the work was already finished. I got home and my roof looked amazing. On top of that all of the materials and supplies that were in my driveway had disappeared. If you had seen my house for the first time that day you would have never been able to tell that anyone had been replacing my roof less that 5 hours earlier. A week later I received a card in the mail from the charity I chose thanking me for using a company that supported them. So awesome to know I helped out others in need.
