Anything from blinds shutters, shades, or any combination of the various treatments, with her knowledge and expertise, she was able to transform the look and feel of any home. Michelle's clients regularly acknowledged her outgoing personality and her professionalism as going above and beyond. She worked closely with her clients to remedy any concerns that arose, and together, we were able to problem solve difficult install situations in order to meet the customers expectations. Michelle was a part of the process from start to finish and long after the job was completed. I personally enjoyed working with Michelle and my responsibilities were made much easier with her leading the process. She is a genuine down-to-earth individual and was pleasure to work with. Everyone she encountered was treated with the utmost dignity and respect.
