They did a beautiful job. The prong they installed had a better design than the original as well. They also cleaned it and it looked better than brand new. I am very pleased. I love working with people who have honesty and integrity along with great craftsmanship. This provider displayed all of that.

This is the second time I've used them. The first time, they had to send my daughter's watch off for repairs, which were completed on time at reasonable cost. This time, my son is planning to propose to his girlfriend and wants to use my mother's engagement and wedding rings. I thought my mom had mentioned one of the stones being replaced with a fake, so I wanted to make certain the diamonds were real. March confirmed this and offered a complimentary cleaning, which made the rings look fantastic. They were very friendly and helpful on both occasions. I'd definitely recommend them.

March is a family-owned business and understands customer service. This company is great. I had taken my ring to several other jewelers and the price was either too high or they tried to sell me new products. One jeweler even said they could not repair the ring and I needed to just trade it in for a new one. March showed great care with repairing my ring and made it look brand new. Their price was extremely reasonable. they even let me bring it in 1 time every six months for free inspection and cleaning. they performed an appraisal and that was smooth as well. I would definitely use them again.

After visiting other Jewelers that quoted the damage to my wife's ring at around $400-500, we searched and found March Jewelers. The ring was slightly bent out of shape and one of the side stones was knocked out; we believe it all happened from a sonic jewelry cleaner. But when we walked into March Jewelers, they looked at the ring with confidence said it could be repaired in 30-40 minutes and for only the price of replacing the small side stone - $45 - WOW. We promptly returned after about 30 minutes and the ring was completely fixed and looked like new. Others had quoted us expensive prices and that it would take 1-2 weeks to complete, but March Jewelers came through it a GREAT WAY! They were awesome and I would return again with repairs for jewelry.

The appraisal was done on time (even early) and they even cleaned the ring I was wearing for free!

We visited March Jewelers in December 2011 after consulting Angie's List. We wanted to upgrade the diamond in my engagement ring. We were immediately welcomed into the store and got right down to business. We expressed our desire to upgrade the diamond in my existing engagement ring. We had a lot of design questions and all of them were answered professionally. They showed us several high quality diamonds, educating us along the way about quality etc but never pressuring us to pick one over the other. We picked out our diamond, picked out the new setting and returned in 2 days to pick up the finished product. We were very pleased with the quality of their work and having it ready so quickly, especially during a busy time during the holiday season. We also liked that they do all their own work on site so my ring never left the building. They also offer a fabulous upgrade program if you buy a diamond from them. We had our two boys with us at both visits (ages 7 and 6) and they welcomed them into the store and offered them a snack. We really appreciate it when businesses welcome well-behaved children and not just assume that they are an annoyance. We couldn't be more pleased and will return periodically for all our jewelry needs.

Shopping for my wedding ring. After discussing price with Richard he offered to defray some of the cost by bringing in any old gold I no longer used. As a result I was able to pay for the ring and casting, even realized a surplus. Thanks to March jewelers I now will be wearing the most beautiful wedding ring I have ever seen.

It was delayed a week as the setting had to be ordered and the wrong style came in twice. They did call, however, and kept me informed on what was going on. In the meantime, they took another ring I was wearing that had some loose stones and fixed that at no charge. We then had a quite a talk about the jewelry business and they certainly will have all my business in the future. They are good, down-home people that you feel very comfortable giving expensive items for them to work on/repair. I have been recommending them at work to all my co-workers.

I received the exact cost when I dropped off my jewelry for repair and given a date when it would be ready. I received a phone call when the repairs were completed, which was ahead of time. They are very friendly and professional people, and I will go back to them for all my future needs, including purchases.

THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY REASONABLE, DOING THE WORK QUICKLY, GIVING ME A CALL WHEN IT WAS DONE AND CLEANING MY RING AND CHECKING THE PRONGS ON THE STONE. THEY MADE ME THINK THAT I HAVE FOUND A REAL JEWEL IN THEM.
