Doing another house near mine and noticed the damage on our roof. Danny Dixon, supervisor, came over and explained the situation and made an appointment the next day to give the estimate on roof. Danny took photos to show me and explained the services and options they provide and set up the appointment to go over the contract and give a date to start. Set the appointment and brought supplies over three days in an area that wasn't in the way of parking in the driveway or garage. The next day the crew was there on time to start the roof and didn't quit work until completely finished. Cleaned up entire area where you couldn't tell anyone had even been there. Danny handled all the insurance claim and worked with the adjuster answering any and all questions he had immediately. He called a few days later after the finish to see if I was satisfied. Having recently lost my husband who was a housing contractor I felt very comfortable working with Kansas Premium on my own. I would recommend them to anyone.
