They were fine. I use them all the time. They did several jobs for me. They were there when they were supposed to be the last two times.

I really did not dislike anything. My interaction with them was fine and the work they did was very good. I think they did excellent. Their price I think was very good. They were very professional.

We used them even before Angie's List. We've been using them for the last 30 years.

The service turned out very well. They did their job very well. It was very nice. They were very helpful and useful. I ended up not buying something from them, but they were very upfront about what needed to be done and if I did not buy from them, they told me what model to buy. I just paid the standard fee for coming out and looking at something, but the bottom line is it could have been worst if they would have wanted it to be. The guy was very upfront and honest. That is what I like, their honesty. The guy could have easily said they could fix it and I would not know anything about it, but because he was very upfront, I knew everything about it. They came out when they said they were going to.

Their service is excellent. They've been in business for years. We've only dealt with one gentleman who came out more than 20 year now and he's always honest in what he does. One of our washing machines died and I said "If its more than $200 I'm going to get a new one". He's always good about that, always prompt and on time. One of our machines was a Maytag and I called them and they said it would be a week until they got the part and I called him and he came out and he said he had the part at the store and he got it and came the next day. It was great. I have no complaints about him at all. We remodeled the house December 9th and about a month before that our washing machine gave out. S about a year ago next month we bought a new one. It couldn't be fixed. The washer was old and way beyond use.

It was good. I still have the same washer and dryer. I would recommend them. They're reliable.

I was having a black screen on the television. It was getting power but there was no picture. They took the TV apart, diagnosed the problem and then told me what the repair cost was going to be.

They were wonderful. It couldn't have been better. I'd gone somewhere else, asked them if they can beat the price and they beat it by $9 and then they did not charge me a delivery fee. It was really great. The salesman was just very knowledgeable. He was fun to work with. He told me little things that I didn't even know about the appliance that I was buying, how to take care of them, things that I wouldn't have though about. He was a real character.

Last week I contacted the company to come out to a rental property of mine to repair two appliances, (microwave and dishwasher). At first I was told that they didn't have anyone that could repair both products at once. I replied with, that would be fine, could they send out two separate repairmen. They said yes and started taking my information. About half way through, the gentleman taking the info, told me that he did have someone that would do both and I said that would be fine. This morning after arranging for the tenants to be home a repairman called me a said he didn't go to that zip code. In addition, the information that I gave the first man was all mixed up. I told him that I wished the man had told me that they didn't service the area in the first place. I guess I won't be using Hurst TV and Appliance again!

They were fabulous. He told me he did not know what it was, but by doing one thing it had stopped. He thought it was a seal. I told him I did not like the washing machine and wondered if I should by a new one. He talked me out of it. He suggested that I use it until it failed. They did not even charge me a service visit that day because he said he did nothing, we only had a conversation.

They have been very good, as far service and everything.I feel like they only want to work on stuff you bought there. It is hard to find somebody to come and know their stuff, and they are always pretty quick to come out. Their prices are competitive. They are a smaller place, and I like that. I don't have anything but good remembrances from them. Nothing sticks out to have irritated me.
