Description of Work: They looked at my washing machine and told me what needed repair. However, the costs for the parts alone were several hundred dollars which made it more prudent to buy a new one since it was 7 years old. I appreciated their honesty and professionalism and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: A&E attempted to repair our microwave. When they left the breaker tripped every time you attempted to use the microwave. I took the over the stove unit down and to it to Hurst TV for a quote. They quickly identified the problem and repaired the unit. No problem since.
