Great! Had to wait for a part that had to be ordered. Part arrived and oven was up and running.

Dropped off TV to see if it could be repaired. The TV was old enough the repair would not be cost efficient.

Needed to get my 2 Microwaves, Fridge and Cooktop looked at. When I explained to them that I need them all repaired they told me that It would be two different technicians that would have to come as the guy who did microwaves didn't do Fridge or Cooktops. I was surprised with that and asked if I was going to be charged 2 service calls for that. Was told the second service call would only be $30 as opposed to the $65 which I was Ok with. First guys comes and looks at the 2 microwaves and the service call was $95. I called and told them that I was surprised that I got charged $95 on the first service call and that I was expecting the second technician to not charge as the $95 was what I was expecting to pay for both technicians. Was told that the service call charges was $65 for the first appliance and $30 for each additional appliance and that the second technician would be another $95 ($65 and $30 again) since he was going to look at the Fridge and cooktop. I was not happy and told them that I would have never had the second microwave looked at had I known it would cost me an additional $30 (it's a $100 microwave) and that I didn't think that I should have to pay multiple service calls just because they had two different repairmen as opposed to one who could fix our appliances. End result was I cancelled the repair on the cooktop but agreed to pay another $35 for the fridge because at this point I was going to have to pay a different company to come look just at the fridge. Net/Net I ended up paying $130 for service calls for two repair men to look at my Microwave and Fridge. The fixes they did were great but I was put off by the service charges.

Despite the challenge, they did a fine job.

Very well. Repairman showed up on day of appointment. Changed out the rollers on the dryer and cleaned up afterwards.

We went to Hurst TV and Appliance to shop for a new dryer. Since our washing machine had been having problems, we decided to get some information about washing machines as well. The person who assisted us was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of our questions and helped us choose a machine that best suit our needs. Because of his help and expertise , we decided to get the washing machine well. The units were on sale and we got a great deal. In addition, they only charge $79.95 to deliver and install the appliances and haul away the old ones. The technicians who delivered and installed the appliances were very professional and provided information on use and care of the machines. The new appliances are exactly what we wanted and work very well. We are very pleased with the service we received from Hurst TV and Appliance and highly recommend them!

As always, these guys are quick, prompt and do a great job. I've used them several times for appliance repair. It is great to have a local place you can rely on for repairs.

I will continue to call them and purchase our appliances from Hurst TV.

Very good service. Technician was very professional, accommodating and friendly.

They stated that it could not be fixed per a flaw in that model of refrigerator.. Then they charged me for the service call and left at that. Then 2 to 3 years later I had a manufacture repair man come out and do something else on the refrigerator and fixed the ice maker as well. Come to find out they just needed to change out one part to get to be fixed that Hurst did not know how to diagnose that where it could be fixed. When i contacted them about that they stated that customers shouldn't expect that they know how fix appliance brand out there.....

Larry contacted me the next day to inform me the overlay was no longer available and said GE has a replacement panel. He informed me that he went ahead and ordered it, and gave me the details of the shipment. He informed me that their was no cost for this panel. I could replace it myself with the instructions provided or they would help me with it. After I received the panel I installed it following the directions provided. The panel has been redesigned, looks great, and works well. I am very pleased with the response from Hurst TV & Appliances. I know I would NOT have received a response like this from one of the Big Box Stores. I have used them for most of our appliance issues over the past 30+ years and have been very pleased with their excellent help.

The $585.00 price tag included installation by one of their contractors. These people are true professionals. I felt like I was getting reliable information from a professional when it came to making a selection. Their store is not loaded down with every kind of microwave ever made. They have a good selection to choose from but I didn't feel overwhelmed when trying to decide. We have shopped at Hurst TV and Appliance before and will do so in the future.

I had a good experience with them. It was some time ago but my experience was good. They did exactly what they said they would do and performed promptly. The price was good.
