Description of Work: I have depended on them for a long time. I placed a call for a Maytag gas dryer that had stopped. The service 'specialist' told me that in the future, it would require the start button to be depressed every 2 minutes. After moving to another house, I placed a different type call on the same clothes dryer. The same tech asked why I had been 'playing' with the internals. I HAD NOT! He said the start switched had some 'wire arounds'. This call required him to pull the front of the dryer off and remove the drum. It became clear he had jury rigged the dryer that required restarting every 2 minutes to avoid pulling the drum previously. It has been working perfect ever since the last repair.

Description of Work: They provided good advice, like a good neighbor would. I was just what I asked for. I've purchased products and services here before and was always pleasantly surprised. I don't know how they do it (leadership?) but they have been able to keep a humble, good attitude over the years and still keep reasonable prices. Kudos to all.
