Description of Work: The drinking water on our GE Profile stopped flowing although the ice maker continued to work. The technician fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.

Description of Work: I scheduled their repairman to look at a refrigerator I had - he advised me that to repair it would cost as much as a new refrigerator. He also advised me that any service call cost would be credited against a new purchase if I went through Hurst TV and Appliance. I visited their store and selected a new unit, they delivered it promptly and set it up. Very professional. I am not certain about the date of service, it may well have been 2012.

Description of Work: They ordered a motherboard for my electric stove. It went very well. I got the board in the mail & I wired it back up, thanks to their instructions. This a great company, which has been in the Bedford, Tx area for a long, long time.

Description of Work: A&E attempted to repair our microwave. When they left the breaker tripped every time you attempted to use the microwave. I took the over the stove unit down and to it to Hurst TV for a quote. They quickly identified the problem and repaired the unit. No problem since.

Description of Work: We've purchased a couple of appliances from them. They're nice people to deal with. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: We called for repair service on our 20 year old washer which was not working at all. When the washer was deemed not worth repairing, they offered to credit the service call toward purchase and installation of a new washer. We had already shopped around so had an idea what we wanted and what price range to expect. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful during our visit to their store. We purchased a washer, which was installed in a timely manner. We would definitely do business with them again.

Description of Work: Service guy came out to check on a dead microwave. Told me they could replace it, or, for about half the price, I could buy the same (new, upgraded) model from them and install it myself using the old trim kit-which I did, and which worked great. Prompt, friendly, honest, GREAT to deal with. We'll be shopping with them when it's time to upgrade any of our major appliances.
