The estimate was not received as agreed. it took more than adequate time to receive the estimate. Their estimate was outrageous, for such a small house. There was nothing complicated about the project removing the popcorn ceiling and removing a 10ft by 3ft false ceiling. There were no other other issues that would justify the outrageous estimate. After declining the work to be done, i never received a courtesy call from Mr. Charles Moore, Construction Estimator or Mr. Ray Albertson, Director of Construction. Again, in my opinion, it appears to me that if you don't agree to the estimate, the customer becomes insignificant to them. Only interested in making money.

Contacted them twice via their website to get an estimate to complete some simple repairs. They do not contact you back. Evidently they do not value return customers, as I have spent over $15k with them before on an extensive remodel . . .

It went great. I have used them multiple times and they are punctual and professional. I will continue using them.

The crew provided through Honey Do Partners were very thorough and professional. All the work on the bid was done well and and quickly. I even requested a last minute add on (installation of two ceiling fans) and it was done without hesitation. We're happy enough to have them come out and give us another estimate on more work!

We moved all we could into the garage in about nine hours and the work began the next day. The tradesmen moved all the heavy stuff into the garage or other rooms and that which was not moved were well covered. We had to move out of the house and into hotels for the next 13 days until the work was completed. When we moved back in the folks helped us move all the heavy stuff back into place (and even placed felt pads I furnished on most of the furniture so the laminate flooring would not get scratched/scuffed up). At the end, a cleaning crew was brought in to clean everything (consisted of two women) who dusted, wiped down and vacuumed everything; took about 4 hours. We found a few little items and they were corrected within the next couple of days. The inside of the house looks GREAT! They did excellent work! The only issues I had was. (1) that the side of my yard was used to clean the paint equipment and as a result I have about 9-10 feet of grass by about 4 feet wide that is now dead in that area. (2) Some of the workers parked vehicles on my driveway and left oil spots on it. One or two parked along the curb and left oil spots out there as well. There were paint drops on the sidewalk from the front door, on the front porch and driveway. They did come back and power washed the porch, sidewalk and driveway and it looked good, until the water dried. The oil spots are still visible on the driveway. Also there was no attempt to take care of the oil spots along the curb. So, I would remind those of you who are having remodeling done to be sure you know what you can expect. Had I known, I would not have allowed vehicles to park on my nice driveway which I had torn out and redone about ten years ago. I marked them down on Professionalism, not because of the work but because of the issues mentioned with the outside of our home. Having said all this, my wife and I are more than pleased with the interior work performed. The cost did not include the cost of the ceramic tile which we had to purchase (approx. $1238). We would definitely call upon these folks to do future work on our home whenever the need arises! UPDATE: 2/16/2016: I am adding this to my original review. The contractor and his people came back to my home, cleaned off the oil spots on the driveway and power washed it. They are also going to replace the grass on the side of our house that was killed when they used that area to wash the paint equipment they were using. So, we are now fully happy with everything. We believe this is another thing that shows how good Honey Do Partners is and the kind and quality of customer service they provide their customers. I am also changing the "Professionalism" rating from a "B" to an "A" because they cleaned up what was messed up.

Very slow to respond to initial phone call. Had to leave more than one message. After the quote they were thorough about following up and answering any questions.

Ray came out gave an estimate. Stuck to the estimate didn't go over. He bought some light bulbs that I didn't need and willing return them and removed from the billing without me even asking. When is was time to do the work he worked with my schedule was on time and called ahead. The work was done timely the doors look brand new you can't even tell that they were damaged. The gentlemen he had working with him was very professional and cleaned up when done and returned everything they way it was. This is the best service ever definatnley worth every dime and will use them again.

Responded promptly to schedule appointment. Arrived on time. Jobs required some additional parts which they obtained very quickly and returned to complete the work. I couldn't be happier with their service and professionalism. We are now discussing additional work and the possibility of an annual maintenance program. These people are great!!!

It looks beautiful. They did a great job. They used the existing post and it's nice and even. It's a joy to go out and look at my back yard now. They were very professional. They were on time. They were more like engineers. They had to engineer things to make it fit right with trees in the way. Three men worked on it and it took about four hours to complete.

Service tech could not finish my list the first day. Was late arriving the 2nd day. He did do the list of items I had for him to do.

I have used various contractors for other home repair projects since purchasing my home 14 years ago. The bid was very reasonable. The quality of work superior. After removing the soffit it became apparent that the damage was worse than thought. Ray (owner) made me aware of the damage. Actually took the time to spray the damaged area for ants using the spray I had available until I could get a pest control specialist out. I was so impressed that I asked him to look at another project that I have been putting off. Again, his bid was very reasonable. I have no doubt that the work on this project will also be exceptional.

I got bids from three companies. The work was done great. I used Honey Do Partners. They are fantastic. I would go back to them. It was fast. They did exactly what they said. Sometimes it didn't turn out exactly like we wanted to but it did. He estimated and he didn't go over the estimates and showed up on time. We haven't had to wait for an hour or half a day for them to finally come. It was Ray Albertson and he is the owner I think. He was right in the middle of my estimates and I just felt better about him. He did the cut out really great. The price was right in there because if it was too low I would wonder if he is cutting corners. It is all 'A'.

I attempted to contact provider. I explained the work I needed to have done. Provider was supposed to get back to me, but I never heard from him again,

They are reasonable, professional, thorough and honest. If they can't do something, they will tell you and help find someone who will.

Probably I will never use them again. They are pricy for only two hours of work. They were not on time, bad wise, they forgot about the appointment, and I had a hard time to be able to contact them.

We love the outcome and our rooms look so crisp and new! All the workers were very neat and detail oriented. Everything was taped off and plastic was hung to help keep the dust down. The lead painter, Eddy, is a true artist with a paint brush. Ray and Tia were easy to work with and always returned our phone calls. We have used this company in the past for other projects and will definitely use them again.

They were on time had all materials to complete the job and cleaned up all their mess before they left. I will be calling Ray again for any future projects. Also when I called the office Ray's wife was very professional and helpful with all my questions. | |

I have known Ray for several years. He and his associates always arrive in a timely manner and do professional work. He has done a number of household repairs for me.

Ray and his crew are the best. They are not out to take your money. Ray is a christian and an honest man. I have used Ray for outside fencing, stone wall around my pool, hardwood floors, just to name a few. He stands behind his work. He is awesome. I would recommend him always .

I used them expensively and they were wonderful. They installed everything beautifully. They gave me the quote and sometimes they came in to lower the quote. They would charge me less so I was very happy with them.

started a little slow a little messier than i wanted but did a great job trim work a little rocky and had to come back and finish after i emailed however responded really quickly and finished the things that needed completing with a very good attitude all in all the job looks great
