Excellent; Everything went great! Crew arrived on time, completed the work as scheduled, and cleaned up all debris.

Doug was great working around the pool install schedule. He came in on his day off to install the poles so the decking could be poured. He communicates well and his work is perfect. I highly recommend Fence Works for any and all of your fencing needs.

Doug was easy to reach on the phone, answered all my questions, showed up to take measurements, emailed me detailed quotes, showed up for work and completed all work in only a day and a half. The quality of work is very high and accurate, my neighbors commented how impressed they are with his service and work that they want to hire him to do their fences too. I wish all contractors were as reliable and easy to work with as Doug and his team.

Doug is a very even keeled and good guy to work with. Doug was responsive to all our calls and questions. The work was scheduled a month from when we agreed to use Fence Works. Doug arrived on the scheduled date and tore down the old fence and put the new fence up in one day. The workers kept everything neat and Doug communicated well and answered all our question. I would recommend Fence Works to anyone.

I got the estimate from him and he wouldn't let me pay him. Told me if I didn't have it done by July or needed any info give him a call. Good guy

Got the estimate that I was waiting for.

After I received my quote Doug said that he could do it in the middle of May because he was so busy. I called him five times to try and add some work to the original quote. My calls were not returned for two weeks because he was so busy, finally he called and offered his apologies and we agreed on the new quote. Somebody was supposed to come over this Saturday and do the job because Doug was out of town. I came home from work on Saturday and expected to see the work was completed, but it was not. I never received a phone call or anything. Doug called tonight again offering his apologies, saying that there had been a miscommunication with the other gentlemen and they would put me back on their schedule. I told Doug that wouldn't be necessary as I would find somebody else to do the job.

Doug, the owner of Fence Works, is a pleasure to know. He bids his projects fairly, he executes his projects professionally and he follows through on all related matters. His son leads one of their crews and they work efficiently and with a no nonsense work ethic. The final result was exactly what we wanted. If we have any additional fence projects in the future, we will definitely call on Doug and Fence Works.

I got 3 estimates to replace a portion of our worn out wood fence. Doug came by, was very nice & personable, did not rush me, and answered each question I had. He was patient enough to give me estimates on a 6' fence, 8' and top cap. We ended up choosing 6' with a top cap and even a "window" for my dogs to look out of. His estimate beat the other 2, but his honesty was what really sold Fenceworks to me. I would highly recommend Fenceworks - our fence looks GREAT and was worth every dime!

We acquired 4 bids for this project and selected Fence Works. (all 4 were Angie's list providers- we liked Fence Works the best). The owner, Doug, responded quickly and set-up a time to meet with us to discuss our fencing needs and concerns. Our specific situation required some tricky areas that needed forethought with some problem solving. Doug had wonderful ideas and insight. He keeps the home owner informed at all times from attaining the permit to completion of project. Doug and his crew are extremely easy to work with, polite and professional, receptive to the homeowners needs. They show-up on time and complete the work quickly with clean-up included. The materials used and workmanship are excellent quality. The iron fence looks amazing! We are very happy with the results and definitely will be hiring him in the future for other projects. Highly recommend Doug and his crew to others!

AMAZING. We had such a great experience with Fence Works. Doug was very responsive, showed up when promised to do the free (!) estimate, and work was completed as promised. He left an invoice at the front door, so we didn't have to stay home while the work was being completed. I am so impressed with this company, and would definitely use Doug again!

BEST EXPERIENCE WITH A CONTRACTOR EVER!!! I e-mailed Doug at Fenceworks to inquire about doing some work at a rental property I own. Not living in the area, coordinating work is not always easy. Doug responded to my e-mail very promptly and was able to get me an estimate within 2 business days after he had a chance to walk the property. We agreed on a date for him to come and do the work. He arrived at the time he stated he would and was done within 6 hours. The entire area was cleaned of any and all trace of his ever being there. Most professional and courteous to the tenants that live in the house. I would recommend him to ANYONE that needs fence work done. The amount paid was EXACTLY what I was quoted. NO surprises or hidden costs!!! THANKS DOUG!!!

They were in and out in a half a day, cleaned up any mess, and told me that if I had any problems later to give them a call. The estimate was right on the money. They did a great job and the fence looks so much better.

Recieved a free estimate from Doug. He worked with me on the price and honored Angie's List coupon. Agreed to installation date and time. Crew showed up on time and began removing old fence. They cleaned up all scrap wood, evaluated existing poles and brackets. Used new mounting screws on the treated 2 x 4's. I was pleased they didn't cut corners by using 2 x 2 or 2 x 3's. Crew was quiet and professional (no loud music playing or loud joking / yelling). I was surprised at the detail in custom fitting the end pickets to an existing fence. And the repairs they made in reinstalling my neighbors old worn out gate. My new gate was installed with 3 brackets instead of the 2 my previous installer used. During the walk through I mentioned my concern about a split picket and a couple that had knot holes that I poked my finger through. Doug immediately replaced without argument. He also said if in the future I had any problems with the gate, knot holes or split pickets he would replace / repair. The whole process was fast and professional. No hidden costs or additonal fees were added to agreed amount. I would recommend and use again.

The fence is sturdy, attractive, and well-made. They cleaned up after themselves completely and did a great job.

Excellent! Doug and crew arrived few minutes ahead of schedule, very professional and personable - they immediately began setting up, and did a tremendous job. A few hours later and we have the most beautiful back yard AND the puppies will be safe and happy. (And we can enjoy the space with selective privacy as well.) You will not find a better fence builder and would be hard pressed to find one as good as this company.

I had three estimates for replacing a partial back yard fence. The west side of our fence was falling apart, we needed a new gate and matching pickets placed on the other portion of our front (facing the street) fence. We have a "gothic" top picket fence and we wanted to match the new fence with the old remaining fence. Doug Moore was prompt in replying to our request for an estimate and said he could get the now "out of date" gothic pickets. (The other two estimators said they could not get the gothic pickets, and they both gave higher estimates for the same job.) Doug came when he said he would, finished the job well and cleaned everything up before he left. He replaced our gate and built up the ground under the gate walkway with dirt and sod, that was eroded away. A few weeks after our new fence was in we had a storm that caused a tree branch to fall and break two pickets. Doug replaced them immediately at no additional cost to us. Doug is very professional, thorough, timely, efficient and dependable. I would recommend him to everyone.

Doug came out and gave me a detailed estimate, breaking it down so that my neighbor and I could share the costs. Doug and two helpers showed up on time ,9:00am and was gone at 2:00 pm. They did a great job, I got exactly what I asked for. They cleaned up such that except for the new fence standing there you couldn't tell they had been there. I am completely satisfied. Fence Works is my fence company for all future fence work. If you need a fence , this is the company you want.

They arrived as scheduled and completed the job as instructed within 30 minutes. I checked out the repairs and am extremely satisfied with the work that was done.
