Doug and his team did great work. I was a little worried about the job because of the tricky shape of my yard and the placement of a retaining wall. Doug knew exactly what to do, found solutions that wouldn't cost a fortune, and it looks amazing. Doug was very responsive and fair with his pricing. He was on site, and participated in the work, which was completed very quickly. So glad I found Fence Works on Angie's List.

Jordan and his team did a great job onsite and Doug also come over to introduce himself. The work was started and completed in half a day.

I feel they did a fantastic job from the moment they contacted me. I reached out to a couple other fence companies and none of them even had the decency to return my call or email. I started reaching out to other companies around Jan 16th, 2017 and the other 2 still haven't responded. Fence works responded with in 1-2 days of my original email to them through Angie's List when I reached out to them about a week or so later. I know those in the fence industry were swamped with calls due to the bad weather and wind that tore down many fences in the area. However, finding just a few minutes to respond to a potential client can go a long way to start building a potential business relationship. I exchanged a few communications with the owner Doug who was very professional throughout this process. He had one of his employee's, Jordan stop by to provide an estimate. Thank you again for finding a way to fit me in to your schedule. It was very much appreciated. When the crew arrived on Tuesday Feb 7th, 2017, they began their work. My wife took some pictures and sent me some videos (of the fence) as different sections were going up. When I arrived home in the evening I was very happy to see the craftsmanship displayed. The fence looks fantastic! I checked the different sections pretty closely. I noticed that they even took the time on the edges of the fence to cut out small sections of the fence so that they overlap the 2 x 4 board on our side fence in order to fit more snug. They cleaned up everything up their work. I want to thank everyone who had anything to do with the professionalism and quick responses I received and all the way down to those involved in the quality fence my family and I get to enjoy for years to come. As for cost, it was around $2100. I have no way of comparing the value since no other fence companies had the decency to even respond. I may have had a great deal or I may have paid more than what others may have charged. To be honest, for the experience I received and the quality of the fence, I am glad nobody else but Fence Works responded. Highly recommend them.

Doug and Jordan are both awesome! This is the first time I have I ever bought a fence. They very patiently answered all of my questions, and I asked a lot of questions. Once I communicated to them everything I wanted, we finalized the quote. After that they gave me the date of when they would be here to install the new fence. Both my neighbor and I were getting new fences. We had to change the date once because my neighbor had to go out of town. Doug was very gracious about it and worked with us to provide a new date. When the day came, they showed up on time with all the tools and materials they needed! They worked very hard all day long. They removed the old fence and started installing the new one. Due to the length of fence I was getting, they were not able to install the whole thing in one day. Before they left for the day, they cleaned up everything and left the remaining materials in neat stacks. The next morning, they returned and completed both my fence and my neighbor's fence. After they left, I saw one board that I did not like. Doug very graciously returned and replaced it - free of charge with no hassle. Throughout the whole process, they were gracious and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. After seeing what beautiful work they do, one of my other neighbors is purchasing a fence from them. I wish there was a way for me to post pictures. Took three days to get a response from the company. Set up a time for estimate. They called to confirm the day before but no one showed up and haven't heard from the company since.

Very easy to work with during the bid process and prior to the work beginning when covering our questions and outlining expectations as well the specifics of the work to be performed. The work crew showed up right on time and made quick work of removing the old (rotting) fence and setting the posts for the new fence. It was educational watching them work as a team. The work is high quality and performed with efficiency. They completed the 39 foot long fence installation in four hours. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship and finished fence.

After many attempts to get other fence companies to even return a call, Doug with FenceWorks, called back, came and gave a quote well below the one other quote I got, and did the work on time with no mess. The fence looks great and my gates both work now.

Although I did not use Fence Works, I wanted to write a review about their professionalism. They called me back immediately to let me know from the get go that they were booked two months out and asked if I still wanted to get an estimate. They did have to cancel once for an estimate but let me know ahead of time. The employee that came out to do the estimate was very courteous and answered all my questions. If they weren't booked out so far, I would have used them. Their price was very competitive and are obviously booked out far for a reason.

It was a good experience with Fence Works (Doug). He showed up on time and provided the bid within 15 minutes. It was straight forward bid. When it came time to remove the old fence and install the new metal posts, his guys straightened two of the existing metal posts and finished digging and installing the remaining posts The next day they came back and busted out the fence and the gate and cleaned up after themselves.

After reading the reviews for Fence Works I knew I wanted Doug Moore to do my fence. He was very busy and I had to wait until he could work me and my neighbor in his schedule. The wait was worth it. He was very competitive in price and built the fence exactly as requested. It took him and his men two days to tear down and finish the construction. I was amazed. The fence lines were straight and true and here 10 months later they look like they did the day he finished them. He is my go to fence company.

GREAT!!! Doug crew showed up on time, replace and repaired two of our gates leading in to our backyard as well as replaces a couple of panels on our fence that were rotting and leaning. Team painted the gates/panels as well. Very happy and would recommend as well as use Doug again.

Showed up right on time. Removed and disposed of existing fence and gate promptly and installed the new fence and gate the same day. Quality of new fence is outstanding. In particular they solved a serious problem with the driveway gate which now works very well. Overall a very positive experience.

The owner was very responsive when I called and left a voicemail message. He called me back within a few hours AND was able to come by the same day to look at what we wanted done. We had a written bid emailed to us within ONE day and scheduled the work for 10 days out. The day before the job they were supposed to start the owner contacted me to confirm the time they were going to arrive. Wow, I was impressed! Not only that, but they arrived at the time they said they would. Never in all my years have I experienced such professionalism from a contractor. The owner and crew of 4 guys showed up and were very polite. Our job was done in a few hours and looks awesome!!! We had gotten 3 bids for this job and FENCE WORKS was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them due to the quality of work as well!!!! I can't say enough good things. My husband & I are very, very happy with the work. :)

I am extremely happy. We had a fence falling down with wooden posts. They replaced the fence with metal posts, in cement, corrected issues with one of my neighbors fence. It wasn't cheap but I absolutely believe I received a great value for my money. A great company I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a fence.
