Fence Works

This is the third time I've used FenceWorks and each time the work has been excellent. The work was completed in a single day and the yard left clean and tidy.

They came right on time, did the job and cleaned everything up when they were through. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a fence put up!

The job was perfect. But first of all it was raining on the day of work. Doug showed up anyway and completed the job. I don't how many companies would do that. Maybe some. Doug really cares about making the customer happy. Pleasure to do business with this company. Use Fence Works u will be sorry.

Don't confuse this "original" Fenceworks, with the other companies with similar names. Doug & his family-based crew have built fences for our family for the past decade in both the Colleyville/Grapevine area & Fort Worth. Although it seemed still sturdy & sound, I recently I asked Doug to inspect an 11-year old fence he constructed. He stopped by within days & verified the fence was still in great shape, but "tweaked" a gate while there - all at no charge. This is just one MORE example of the integrity displayed by Doug Moore's FenceWorks. His crew does superb work & they are the type of folks our family has no concern with being at our homes. He is always pleasant to help us know how to best preserve our investment ( stain companies, etc.) We haven't used his newer service yet, but are eager to try his drive gates, which we feel certain will be top quality. This is consistently a highly rated company for the 10+ years we have known them; a successful company because they do quality work, with quality crews! If you are "on the fence" about who to hire, we have had wonderful results with this FenceWorks.

Third time to hire Doug and his team @ fence works...And there will be yet one more forthcoming. Fence works has done an absolutely 100% professional job on these three jobs. Everything was perfect! Doug & Kady kept in touch throughout the entire process, from the initial visit/estimate, thru my questions, and finally the work. Doug & his team arrived when they said they would and completed the work in a timely fashion. The new fence is BEATUIFUL and I now have a lot more privacy on the north side. I plan to use FenceWorks to replace the south side early next year, which is only 5 yrs old! But the quality of the materials & the workmanship was very poor - I wished I had heard of FenceWorks then! Even the wood they used is thicker than my older fence.

Another great job by FenceWorks! On time, on budget and the workmanship is excellent. They are a sought after company so you might have to wait to take your turn in line. IT IS WORTH THE WAIT! The thing ilk like best about this outfit is that it just works and no surprises.

Doug and his crew arrived on time and were very professional. The fence was put up in good time and looked excellent. I had a few questions about the clean up left by his crew. Doug came back himself and took care of everything. He went above and beyond what was needed. That is what I call good service.. His prices are more than reasonable. They came in, explained the entire process prior to doing the work, then showed up when they said they would and completed the project to our satisfaction. They were very professional.

Fence Works did a great job. I have a top of the line board on board beautifully stained 6 foot new privacy fence. Very professional. Work and materials both high quality.

They also had installed an 8 ft fence in my back yard last year. Doug the owner was very easy to work with and communication was great. His crew that came out was very professional and did a wonderful job. I would recommend them for any fence work.

The individual's that I worked with at Fence Works could not have been more professional and more flexible. The work was scheduled for a specific day and then the heavens opened up and it rained off and on for two weeks. While the work was continually re-scheduled I explained to Doug that the area that required work was an area that did not dry out quickly, so I wanted his crew to wait until the ground had time to dry out. He was exceptionally polite and did not re-schedule the work until the ground had approximately 5 days to dry. He was wonderful to work with as was Jordan, who was polite and professional. I would recommend Fence Works to anyone who requires their services.

I called Doug and asked if he could give me an estimate of repairing the fence or putting in a new one. Doug arrived the next morning and worked for about an hour removing the old pickets in the fence and put in new ones. Doug did all this without charging any money. Doug, thank you for all you do and Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!
