Description of Work: The rates were not what was listed. They were listed as free estimate. The estimate is free, but the SERVICE CALL to come out was almost 100.00. None of which would go toward the fix (which I know is needed). I will not recommed this company due to false advertising.

Description of Work: Replaced 6'cedar privacy fence using steel posts and onsite construction. I split the cost of 70' with a neighbor and said for my 60' back fence. Excellent work, great cleanup and very courteous. Best deal of three bids.

Description of Work: Doug was easy to work with. He returned calls and e-mails promptly with answers. They showed up did the job and cleaned up. My fence is better than I expected. I would recommend Fenceworks to anyone looking for quality product and workmanship.

Description of Work: They arrived at the approximately time stated. They got right to work and efficiently removed the old fence, old wooden posts and small steel post. They set 4 new steel posts and did a very straight fence line. They did an excellent job on clean up

Description of Work: Doug, from Fence Works responded to my 7/12/12 request for a quote via email and indicated he was available for estimates on Saturday 7/14/12. I responded via email, indicating that would be fine, also providing my phone number for contact. I wasted a Saturday waiting for his arrival or phone call. No luck. I can't comment on the quality of work or pricing, but having wasted a Saturday waiting, don't count on Fence Works. Not reliable based on my experience.

Description of Work: I am so pleased with Fence Works job. I had 17 wooden posts removed and replaced with metal posts. they should up when they said they would, and has the job done in less than a day. Doug's responsiveness is amazing.

Description of Work: Doug Moore is the owner of Fence Works and also one of the craftsman who actually install the fence. Doug Moore runs his company and delivers a level of product excellence that is almost impossible to find today. I expect people to do what they say and perform as outlined in the agreement. Doug and his crew delivered a far better product than me or my wife had expected. I noticed one pitiful negative review on Angie's list. Note this griper's history of reports. Half are A and half are F. Be intelligent, consider the source and totally disregard his gripe fodder. Good for Doug to miss his business whatever the reason. Nuff said. I had looked at several other big name companies and also one spin off company from a big name to build my fence before looking on Angie's list and finding Fence Works. As with all the other Positive reports which actually had work done, my experience was the best construction experience I've had in over 20 years. Fence Works was on time, excellent work, excellent price. These guys started in the rain and still finished on time. OK, bottom line is that you should not expect this quality of fence work from any company other than Doug Moore at Fence Works. It is much cheaper and less streeful to get your fence built right the first time.
