+ -1 moreThe quality of the work performed was shoddy. There was a 1/4" seam in the middle of the prep area of the counter space. The color was not the color of the name and sample. The workers CUT THE GRANITE IN MY KITCHEN sending a 6 foot cloud of dust throughout the house. I had to leave and remain outside due to the dust throughout the house. I have a covered porch outside the kitchen with electrical access. They left without having me observe or sign off on the granite. I received a copy of the check from Gregg Construction showing payment to this subpar vendor on March 24, 2014. I received a certified letter threatening a lien for the amount of the check issued. No one knows anything about the check or lien letter. At this point, I would NEVER recommend this vendor or its affiliates to anyone seeking quality work with a company of integrity.
Description of Work: The provider is a subcontractor doing business with or as Allied Stone, Inc. The provider was subcontracted through Gregg Construction to provide granite counters to my home through an insurance driven repair. The vague drawing was scanned to me and I acknowledged it was my kitchen and the granite name was correct.
