I have only had to call Deaton back once for a redo in 20 years. We use them at least two to three times a year so that is a pretty good record.

Needed a simple washer hose replaced and he did it very proficiency.

They could probably reduce their prices.

Very well. Very professional, diagnosed the problem, explained the repair and carried it out expeditiously. I have recommended this company in the past and would not hesitate to recommend them again!

The whole procedure went real smooth and without problems. The Deaton Plumbing employee kept us informed the whole time about the job progress. We followed Deaton Plumbing's suggestion and we are very happy with our new garbage disposal. My wife uses Deaton Plumbing since 1983, the year she moved to Texas from Tennessee. The professionalism and service of the Deaton Plumbing is phenomenal. Oscar Plumbing made my wife and I very happy customers for life.

I didn't schedule this through Angies list because I've used Deaton Plumbing for years and have always found them to be accommodating with scheduling and extremely competent. This service call was no different - Chris was on time, very experienced, pleasant, helpful. Great job! Thanks.

He was so patient in bringing out samples and helping me pick styles. We knew what color we wanted but weren't sure about the style. He assisted us in making our choice. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable.

We have used Deaton Plumbing twice now. First time was for a garbage disposal replacement. It was not an easy task for the service gentleman as we live in an older house and it sometimes poses unexpected issues. But he stuck through and got the job done. Most recently we had a low pressure problem in our main bathroom. I believe Mark was our plumber that day and he was very upfront and honest about the initial diagnosis. Their prices are fair and their plumbers are professional and efficient. Will use again.

This company has been around forever and I was recommended to use them by another plumber. They have been nothing but great! If we ever have any problem, they work diligently to find it and correct it. Each plumber that we have had to work for us, has been polite and friendly. I deal with a lot of vendors and this is hard to find in a vendor. Very happy with this company!

The plumbers were great! They were very professional and knowledgeable. Due to our house being plumbed strangely it took them a few days to find the leak and I was worried that it was going to cost us a bunch more but they honored the original bid, which was a relief. I felt comfortable leaving them at my house (and they are bonded/insured)so I did not have to take off work while the repairs were done, which was great. We would definitely use them again.

Mike and Monty worked at our house and did an excellent job. I was especially impressed by Mike. He worked quickly, never took a break and was like a chess player. He didn’t have to stop and think about the next move. He was thinking three moves ahead. The job was not just a matter of unplugging the old one and plugging in the new one. It had to be raised 18” with a pan and drain installed through the wall. The water and gas lines need to be replumbed as well as the exhaust. He even went up on the roof and caulked the exhaust pipe. When the inspector came the next day, he cycled the safety valve and said to me “When you see an installation this clean, it just jumps right out at you”. When they finished the tank they tested the house for water leaks and dug up the connection to the lawn sprinkler system. The handle of the shut off valve was corroded away but they shut it off with pliers. When they finished I asked Mike how to turn it back on in the spring. He said to turn it on with a pair of channel locks and then said “If you have any trouble, just call me. I’ll turn it on for you”. That’s great customer service.

My experience overall went very well. I was very pleased with the work done. He was very efficient.

I have used their services for 15 years. They are excellent and on time. They are also very honest and fugal. The washing equipment I might add is 26 years old and they have kept it going this long.

You can't beat them, they were wonderful. They were on time and kept the work area clean. I had a minor problem with the plumbing since and they came right back out at no charge to take care of it.

Called and made a appointment for the next day. Showed up on time and the plumber was able to quickly find the problem. Infomred me that he didn't repair the access points made in order to repair the leaky pipe. I thouth this was odd but he made a almost perfect cut and I will be able to fix the drywall easily. Overall it was a pleasant experience and would recommend Deaton Plumbing in the fture.

They were recommended to me by my realtor after a home warranty company tried to deny a plumbing claim. They came out and gave me a same day estimate and fixed the leak promptly, completely, and for the price quoted. Before I hired them, I checked them out online -- both BBB and here. My experience was consistent with the excellent ratings they had both places. I will be using them again.

They were punctual and professional. I had just paid them on completion of the job when they noticed that one of the heaters had a leak in one of the fittings. They came back the next day at no extra charge to replace the defective part. They even gave my check back to me on the first day after they found the leak. Excellent integrity and customer service.
