Carmen's House Cleaning

It went great! Denise and crew were awesome. They came in, got busy, were efficient and thorough. Since I was disabled after surgery, Denise followed my instructions for organizing the room by placing things in closets, drawers, etc. I felt like a new person with a fresh clean room & a mentally clean slate after they left. You won't be sorry if you hire Carmen's for your cleaning needs.

Carmen and Maria were a little late arriving for the appointment, but that was the only problem. They cleaned everything that I requested. The house has been dusted, swept, and mopped where needed. The bathrooms are spotless and smell so good and clean. The kitchen is beautiful, it is so clean. The house hasn't been this clean in ages. Carmen's House Cleaning is an excellent cleaning crew, and I have decided to have them come back.

Denisse, Carmen, and another young lady, just left my home, and I am thrilled. They did a fantastic job, and I can't wait for them to start cleaning my home on a regular basis. Denisse is such a sweet and professional young lady, and takes the business of cleaning very seriously. I knew things would turn out well, when they showed up with a step stool. I also appreciate that she is willing to work around my husband's schedule, and that they were all very sweet to my two dogs.

They have cleaned our house once a week for over five years now. We would never use anyone else. They are terrific cleaners and great people. They are very honest and reliable. They also are flexible and try to accommodate a change in schedule whenever possible. They do a wonderful job cleaning the house.

Carmen's House Cleaning is the best house cleaning service I have used in my 14 years in Dallas/Fort Worth. They are very thorough, professional, and trustworthy. I originally found them off the internet and have been using them for years. They arrive when they say they will, they are very efficient in focusing on the work and getting it done quickly. They are reasonably priced and a good value... I have them come every two weeks and always look forward to when they are coming because I know my house will be in tip top shape. I am a single father with a teenage daughter and I was trying to keep the house clean on my own in the past and found it just wasn't that easy. Now with Carmen's House Cleaning I never worry about having people over as guests because I can be proud of how my house looks at all times. They are able to work with my schedule and are flexible on those occasions when I need them to come clean before a party or other event. The ladies who come are all easy to talk to and work with... they go out of their way to accommodate my needs and even offer advice on keeping the house clean between their visits. All in all, I couldn't recommend them any higher as they are professionals who take pride in their work and get the job done better than expected.
