Big Daddys Moving LLC

Much of the equipment was very heavy and unwieldy and I had rented a forklift for a machine that weighed 2200 pounds. Even so, we had to figure out a way to get the machine on the forklift blades. The men were very inventive in how they solved the problem. The move went extremely well. They were very careful with everything, and there was no damage to the goods or the house when they were finished. They hauled away all the packing materials for me. The whole job took 3 hours.

From scheduling to final payment, this company was easy to work with and VERY professional. Through both moves, their young men were extremely polite and careful. I did not find one scratch on ANYTHING!! With the renovation of my house, we put hardwood almost through out the house. With their suggestion, I went and purchased felt pads to put under all the furniture. They took off the plastic tabs under all my furniture and replaced them with the felt ones. They didn't have to do this. They volunteered to do it to protect my new flooring. I can't say enough about this moving company. I would definitely use them again.

We hired a three man crew. They arrived a little late, but were very appologetic. Once there, they got straight to work, taking great care of my mother's belongings. They loaded up the truck at the first apartment, drove to a storage unit to pick up other stuff, dropped off of a piece at my house (all locations in a 3 mile radius) and then headed over to the new apartment. The workers were friendly and cheerful and worked hard the entire time. I also liked that the workers all spoke English so communication were not a problem. We used another Angies List provider for our own move a few months ago. They too did a good job, but communications were an issue. Next time we move. we will call Big Daddy's Moving.

Rex sent over 3 guys to help my fianc? and I move from our second floor apartment into our new house. Within a half hour all of the boxes we had pre packed were out and they were on to big items. I truly couldn't believe how efficient they were. When we got to the house they put everything exactly where we asked them to and even hooked up our washer and dryer for us. They really helped take the stress out of moving. Thank you!

The team that was sent was very professional, and moved quickly. Unfortunitely I do not remember the names of the people that were sent but they did a great job. They were carefully not to scratch furniture or walls, take apart a bed and then set it up in the new place. Would use these guys again and woud highly recommend them to any one that asks.

It was a very positive experience. From the first phone call with Rex to work out the details, the reminder call the evening before the move. Two men from Big Daddy's arrived on time on time the next morning, and were very efficient in getting everything safely packed up and moved. They were polite, cheerful and personable and very careful about preventing any damage. Big Daddy's made what could have been a more stressful experience very simple. Thank you Big Daddy's.

Excellent. Austin and Zane were professional. Arrived on time, worked quickly, were careful about both the furniture and the walls, stair railing, etc so that nothing would be damaged. They finished earlier than the contracted time (we had to pay for a 2 hour minimum), so they were willing to move other furniture for us to fill out the time (We told them we are changing several rooms around in the house, but we weren't ready for any additional moves yet until we had work done in the Master Bedroom). They were very nice, polite young men and a pleasure to use. We plan to use them again if we need another internal move or a move of some furniture to a local storage place.

Was a picture perfect move! On time, efficient, and professional. Moved into our new home and the guys were very careful not to knick or scratch the walls, doorways or floors. D*** good job!!

Big daddy's moving company was amazing. They moved us from our 2 story townhouse to another 2 story home. They were very quick and efficient with everything. Very professional and friendly. They were very cautious with moving all of our stuff. No damage to either of our houses or our furniture and we had some white linen and they made sure to cover it. They also had to move some big appliances and hooked everything back up for us. I didn't even have to empty the fridge which was helpful. They put all the furniture back together. It was extremely hot that day and despite one of the guys getting sick and beat up by some of the furniture he still kept working hard. Such great crew and service was top notch. This was our second time using them and would highly recommend them!!

Everything went as planned! Communication was great. The movers did everything that was asked and beyond. They were very polite and worked very hard. They are highly recommended!

This is the second time I've used Big Daddy's It will be a permanent addition to my addresses These guys are amazing. Showed up on time and hit the ground running. They wrapped everything in plastic, padded it and secured it in the truck. Then they moved the furniture to two different locations, unloaded it and put it exactly where we asked them to. They treated the furniture as if it were their own. Start to finish, 15 miles up and back, to different stops. 2 1/2 hours. Crew is supremely professional and FAST.

Team of 4 showed up on time. Well organized. Moved everything carefully, and with no damages. Wouldn't hesitate to have this company move us again.

These guys are great! I used Big Daddy's Moving to move from my house to storage in February and they did such a great job that I used them again to move from storage to a new house in June. I've had some bad experiences with movers so I was skeptical when these guys showed up. They were fast, honest and careful with my things. They gave me a fair time estimate and really did a great job. After moving into my house, they set-up my beds and appliances and asked if there was anything else I needed or wanted moved. To top it all off, they also had a sense of humor which made moving so much better. I definitely recommend them!

First of all my appt was at 9:30 am and the doorbell rang at exactly 9:30. Chris and Phil were there to help. After a quick walk thru they got busy and did not stop till it was done. They were friendly, courteous, and most of all----VERY CAREFUL. You would have thought they were moving their own stuff. They wrapped several things in plastic wrap so the doors or drawers would not open, used blankets to wrap all my furniture, and again---were very careful. When we arrived at my new home, the same thing, they got right to work. They were so careful with all my furniture and especially my appliances. We have a patio and I asked Chris to just take the tables and chairs and put them outside. Last night my husband and I went outside to relax after unpacking and Chris had even taken the time to arrange all the tables and chairs. It was perfect. How nice to finally deal with someone that actually cares. BeWe moved from a small town in the hill country and have one local mover there. I was so worried to have to use someone "in the big city" but no more worries for me. When I move again, I will call Big Daddy's and recommend them to everyone I know. They terrific. AMAZING. These guys are seriously the most hard-working, cordial, upbeat, friendly, respectful, and professional movers I have ever encountered, and I have encountered SEVERAL over the last 20 years. First, they get there on time, come out of the truck with their hands out telling us their names with a smile and a firm handshake, and then proceeded to move our stuff out like nobody's business. They smiled the whole time, NEVER complained, thanked US for making it easy for them, gave each other attaboys the whole time, would NOT stop and take a break, and worked like they were going to be paid a million bucks. ALMOST makes me wish I'd be moving again, just to encounter this high caliber group. CALL THEM, USE THEM, you won't be sorry. Oh, and I mentioned Angie's List and they gave us 15% off. GREAT people. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Rex and his company were great! We booked two men and a 26 foot truck. I reserved the first appointment of the day due to the specific hours we were allowed to move in to the building. Although the house was located 60 miles away, they showed up on time and got right to work. The two men were SO NICE and PROFESSIONAL! They worked the full time, taking care with her items and furniture. The company provided proof of insurance to the retirement community beforehand as requested. The whole move went smooth with no issues whatsoever. Rex is quick to reply to calls or texts if needed. I would recommend this company to friends, family and clients. THANKS Big Daddys Moving LLC!!

The movers showed up a little before time scheduled and were very nice and courteous. Alex, Dave, and Zane carefully moved my things in a timely manner. They were friendly, respectful and handled everything with care. This was the first time I ever had to use movers to move and the experience was very pleasant beginning with the phone call. Erica was very nice courteous and patient being that I had a few questions. She explained everything and I was billed accordingly. No hidden fees are surprises. Well the only surprise was the 3rd man and that was a pleasant one! I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I would definitely use them again if need be! and I would request these same young men!

This was an all-around great experience from the start. I called to see if there was any availability for a date only a few days ahead from the phone call and there was. The team showed up a few minutes early and got right to work (which in my experience is a rare gem...many moving companies are late and keep you waiting on them.) Four young and able men wrapped up our furniture and quickly, but safely loaded it with padding along with our boxes on their truck and I was impressed with how efficient, professional, and courteous the entire team was. The price was extremely competitive for the amount they moved in the time the moved it in, they bill by the hour based on the number of men working. I suggest using 4 guys, even though it's more per hour...it will cost you less overall since they can work so much faster with dividing up the tasks. I have moved several times in the past several years and I can honestly say this was the best moving experience I have had! I would highly recommend these movers to anyone needing moving help.

We went over the time estimate a few hours, even with 3 guys. Rex and crew were polite and courteous, even accommodating a last minute change in schedule. There were a few hiccups, but overall it was a good experience. There were a few issues: some scuff marks on some furniture, a piece of a antique dresser trim had been knocked off and they could not find it or remember seeing it, but I later found it placed on top of another piece of furniture that was left at the old house (so one of them had to have placed it there), the wheels were snapped off a plastic organizer/cart (I asked if they put anything heavy on it and they said no, though something obviously had...but it wasn't an expensive item so I didn't push it), several boxes with "Fragile" written on them were brought in upside down and one crock pot was broken, we had just had several rooms repainted as well as the door casing and there was a chip taken out of the casing in one door. They also ran their truck batteries down, delaying the moving and I had to jump their truck. Now I expect some things to happen during a move, it's inevitable. Most of the problems were minor, but I did have a bit of a problem with them denying the small issues pointed out and bringing in marked/fragile boxes upside down. However, they worked hard and got the job done, honoring their discounts and didn't charge for their lunch or time trying to jump their truck. So, overall, I'd say it was a good experience.

They were fabulous. I really liked them. I will definitely use them again. They were quick and they were easy to work with. They showed up early. They did a fabulous job when they were here. They were personable. Their rate was very reasonable. It was a small job. The guys were just great. The office staff was super friendly. From now on, that's who I am going to be recommending for my moving. They're an A+.

Awesome moving experience! Guys were friendly, professional, fast and hard-working! I was worried about paying by the hour, but needn't have worried with them. They never slowed down, even when the lift on their truck gave them an unexpected problem. And, they didn't charge me for that time, even though they kept working. The whole move was done in 5 hours. I will definitely call again in a few months when I move to my new, permanent house.
