Showed up when they said they would. Did an outstanding job! Great value! Very impressed by the service and craftsmanship.

They were great from start to finish. The bid was sent the same day & was very reasonable. Once the project started, the crew was prompt, polite & clean. They covered everything with plastic and paper to protect our furniture & floors. The painting was excellent. The lines were very straight and there were no drips. I highly recommend!

Crew arrived on time and worked throughout the day with only a lunch break. Very neat and picked up after themselves. Estimate was competitive with others.

Ben was kind enough to break his estimate down, room by room so that if I needed to exclude a room or area, I could be in control of my costs. When Mr. Moore came out to do the estimate, he was very consultative and professional. Unable to be on the job himself, he sent German and a helper - who were very cooperative, polite, clean, efficient and trustworthy. They requested that I check the job to see if I had any concerns that needed to be addressed or corrected before cleaning up to leave, and did not blink an eye when I asked them to paint a couple of air vents and plate covers that seemed to stick out like a sore thumb. We also had the opportunity to add on some work to our exterior doors, so they called in to Ben for availability and pricing and we were able to work out the additional painting. An excellent experience and I found Ben to be a conscientious person and he enjoys an excellent work reputation and one for being a man of high moral character as well.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship and professionalism of Mr. Moore. He is extremely knowledgeable and worked carefully with us to produce the desired color/shade of stain. He arrived on time and communicated clearly throughout the process. Ben was careful to see that each coat had fully dried before applying the next. We will likely use him on future painting projects and have no problem recommending him to others. He exhibits great pride in a job well done.

My tall chimney on a steep roof needed new trim (wood rot). My handyman couldn't do it. The roofer he recommended couldn't do it. The guy who did my neighbor's chimney quoted $300 off the cuff but increased that to $450 after looking at my chimney. I got Ben Moore's name from my HOA. Ben was extremely difficult to get ahold of. He's VM was full a lot of the time, and when I did leave a message he wouldn't call back. When I finally reached him he said he needed 2 weeks to finish a job but would call me then. 3 weeks later I called him and he said he'd be by that Monday to do an estimate. He didn't come by until Thursday after I'd called him again. The estimate was a good price, and he tried to get me to paint my whole house. I told him to stick with the chimney. He said he'd do it Wednesday or Thursday. He didn't come Wednesday so I called him to confirm he was coming Thursday. At 1p Thursday I texted him asking where he was. They showed up 30 minutes later. The good news is they did the job no one else would do and it looks good (but what do I know). I'm still waiting for a bill.

The 3 person team doing the work at my house was lead by Rogilio - I called him and his team our Magicians for the caliber of the work that they did and the outcome they produced. Our 1675 SF house is about 100 years old and we completely restored the inside over the summer - stripping old plaster texture off and replacing with smooth walls, new window / door molding (and new windows and doors). Crown molding throughout. Baseboards. When we got the house in May, we quickly discovered that it had been butchered by a professional flipper in the Ft. Worth Ryan Place area about 4-5 years ago with hidden defects, rotten workmanship and the cheapest of cheap "fixes" throughout. After 10 week of reworking the interior with my contractor (Craftsman Connection, LLC - review elsewhere), Rogilio and his team arrived to put the finishing touches on the place. Their attention to detail, their workplace cleanliness and the amount of preparation work that they did simply blew me away. So did their attitude as they were able to accomodate small surprises and reworks without a problem. Over the 9 days that they were in the house full time, about 75% of the time was invested in prep work concentrating on the old (and new) woodwork. The original doorframes and doors, now look "like new" and match the new woodwork in the house. The walls are magnificent. And the cleanliness of the house on their departure, superb. I will use Ben Moore again for my work here and I will insist that I get Rogelio and his team for my project. Highly recommended.

Amazing work crew! Totally professional, detail oriented, and they cleaned up after themselves! Highest possible recommendation! They worked within my budget by retouching, rather than completely re-painting the interior of my house (including patching cracks in the ceilings and holes in the walls and fixing a door that had been badly damaged by a dog), but the place looked brand new by the time they were done! I still can't believe the quality of service I got for the price I was able to pay--THANK YOU BEN MOORE PAINTING, YOU GUYS ROCK!

His work was excellent; came back for a few touchups quickly and took care of any small issues we had. Recommend him highly.

Ben Moore came out and dicussed with me some options of what color to paint the room and gave us some ideas of what other people are doing. On the starting day they showed up on time (as always) and did a great job cover all of the flooring, furniture, and anything else needing some protection. The crown moulding and doors looks so beautiful, they did a great job prepping the surface, sanding, and it looks smooth and seamless. Ben's crew was very polite, and put in a lot of extra effort to make sure I was happy with color matching the old paint in the hallway.

We had a master bedroom remodel and Ben Moore Painting was the only subcontractor that our contractor used that had exceptional skill and customer service skills. His crew was on time and paid attention to detail, as well as, were respectful of our home and made sure to cover everything. They cleaned up when they left and did a great job painting. It's hard to know what we paid because our contractor marked up all of the subcontractor fees for his supervision (even though he wasn't always there). Ben also made great suggestions on what would work best for our project and was helpful with colors. We are extremely pleased with the result!

Called for an estimate for exterior painting of my home. It has been 1 month and I have not received an estimate nor have I heard from them.

I CALLED THE COMPANY, AND THEY NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALL.

BEN AND HIS CREW WERE EXCEPTIONAL IN EVERY WAY. HIS CREW WAS POLITE, ARRIVED ON TIME EACH DAY AND WORKED DILIGENTLY TO COMPLETE MY PROJECT IN THE TIME SPECIFIED. HE LATER CAME BACK SEVERAL TIMES, TO TOUCH UP, AFTER MY FURNITURE WAS MOVED IN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.
