In a word, seamlessly! From the initial call, to the drive away, at exactly when he said it would be done. Explained the new water heater, how to flush, restart the pilot etc. Clean up after work was done and exactly at the cost estimated. What more could you ask for. The guys from Belue Plumbing did an excellent job. The demeanor of the staff was excellent. I don’t have any complaints with them. The only downside is that they don’t work weekends and after hours.

All around the company is outstanding from customer service in the office to onsite professionalism of their employees. I would recommend this company to everyone. They are punctual and show you exactly what needs to be done and answer all your questions. They are honest and trustworthy.

When they come out to fix something they make sure that when they leave it is exactly like the homeowner wants it. They fix the job in a timely manner and the prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

The service from Belue was top-notch. They came out when they said they would and worked quickly to fix the issues that we had. They even gave us an estimate on other work that we were considering doing on the bathtub in the guest bathroom. While we decided to wait on the bathtub work, the sink and the new connection lines were well done and we have had zero problems since Belue came out. They were very respectful and helpful to my wife and answered all her questions before they left. Great job!

We called them on a Fri and they were able to,come out immediately and determine we had a slab leak. Then they came out the following week to do the repair work and did it in one da.y

We had tile installed in our master bath and purchased a new toilet. I have installed exactly -one- toilet in my lifetime and that will be exactly how many I plan on installing for the rest of my life. I called two places and Belue was able to schedule me one day sooner so I chose them. When I called to ask about installing a toilet I was told that it would be $100 for the first hour then pro-rated at that rate for any additional time plus the cost of materials. We were told they would arrive between 11 - 1. We received a phone call at 11:05 and advised he was leaving his previous job and is 15-20 minutes away. The plumber arrived and introduced himself and we went upstairs to go over the job before he started. The shut off valve at the wall started leaking when we removed the old toilet so I had that replaced as well. The job was completed in under an hour so no additional labor charges. I paid for the new valve as well as a new hose (plus tax). I am very please with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the plumber. Everything went smoothly including clean up of the area and removal of old parts and trash. I would definitely recommend Belue plumbing and will use them again for any plumbing needs.

They were on time. The estimate was good. I felt it was reasonable. The plumber who came out was professional. He did a good job.

I have always been more than satisfied with their approach to customer service and customer satisfaction. I'm not saying they are perfect, but if something should require a second visit...they are there to make sure their customers are serviced. I can always count on a positive ending with Belue Plumbing.

He was right on time. He started to work right away after he verified the work I wanted done. It took him about an hour . He asked if I needed anything else done . I paid him & he left. They are a little higher than some but I've had bad experiences with other plumblers & it's not worth it to take a chance on someone you don't have a recommendation on.

The guy that came was fantastic. He got there and found out what was going on right away. He was on time. The job took him about 3 hours. He got down in the dirt and got mud everywhere. He did an excellent job of fixing it. I would use him again. I felt that the price they charged me was really reasonable for the work that he did. He did a few other things too, but the leak was the main thing.

Toilet leaking from base. Plumber came in and removed the toilet fixed the issue at the base, replaced the ring and the toilet back on its base. Was very thorough and checked all the other things with the toilet which could have been an issue as well. Polite, neat and professional.

Service call went well, as usual, with Belue Plumbing. They were punctual, neat, efficient and honest. Belue Plumbing is a family owned business, in business for the long haul. I have been a satisfied customer for several decades. They have worked on my own home and my rental properties. Whenever there is a job with a range of costs to repair, they explain the cheapest way to get all working, and then the better, more long term repair. If they make a mistake, which is seldom, they make it right at their expense. If you want an honest plumber to deal with, call Belue Plumbing.

I have used the services of this company for several years, and they always do a good job. The plumbers are friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. If there is a problem with their work, they are quick to fix it. The only problem was that my service request was not completely understood. For this particular service call I mentioned that there were three faucets that needed to be installed in three separate areas; however, the plumber didn't arrive until late afternoon and was very surprised at the scope of the project. He completed as much as he could (one sink needed special parts because the drain was centered rather than at the back of the bowl). However, he didn't charge overtime prices, which they normally do, because of the miscommunication.

Two of them came to install new kitchen sink faucets. They arrived on time, removed the old fixture and installed the new fixture in 20 minutes. They then drove 1 mile to the other house and did the same thing in the next house. Again they were done in 20 minutes. Very nice, very efficient, very professional. I would definitely use them again. In fact I used a different plumber I found on angieslist.com for my next plumbing job and I wasn't nearly as pleased with him as I was with Belue. He was incredibly slow and charged me an arm and a leg. I'll definitely go back to Belue the next time I need a plumber.

The plumber was very friendly and he did a good job, but he had to come back because the toilet seat did not fit the toilet. At first, Belue did not want to install the seat that matches the toilet. We said we would pay extra for it so they did put it in. Then they did not charge us extra. At the same time, I showed the plumber that there was water on the floor behind the toilet. He had to tighten the bolts that connect the tank to the bowl. We have had no further problems.

It went wonderfully. Randy, the technician, was friendly, knowledgeable, and good at explaining and demonstrating the workings of the water heater. He advised me on things that, otherwise, I would not have known to ask.

They are outstanding. They are not cheap or discount plumbers, but they do outstanding work and are as punctual as they can be. If they tell you they will be there at a certain time, they are going to be there at that time.

They are very good. They were very punctual. They cleaned up well after themselves. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They are affordable as well. They don't do work that doesn't need to be done.

Plumber was on time, worked hard to stay within a one hour billing time and gave me alternatives for repair. Work was neatly done. No complaints.

I HAD TO PAY FOR HIM TO GO BACK TO THE PLUMBING PLACE TO GET THE PARTS. HE CHARGED ME FOR ALL OF THE TIME THAT HE WAS GONE. THAT DIDN'T SEEM RIGHT TO ME BECAUSE I DESCRIBED THE PROBLEM ON THE PHONE, AND IT SEEMED LIKE THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD THE PARTS ON THE TRUCK WITH THEM. I'VE USED THEM BEFORE, AND HAD OTHER PLUMBERS THAT I REALLY LIKED, BUT WASN'T AS HAPPY THIS TIME.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES. EACH TIME I HAVE BEEN IMPRESSED WITH THEIR PROFESSIONALISM, FRIENDLINESS, AND EXPLANATIONS. THEY ARE ALSO CONSCIOUS OF COST. ON THIS VISIT, I HAD PURCHASED TUB FAUCETS THAT WERE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH WHAT I CURRENTLY HAD. THE PLUMBER SAID MY CURRENT FAUCETS WERE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND WOULD BE LESS COSTLY TO KEEP THEM RATHER THAN CHANGE THEM BECAUSE THE CHANGE OUT WOULD REQUIRE MAKING A HOLE IN THE HALL WALL & OBVIOUSLY BE MORE COSTLY.
