Awesome. We order the set online and advise Assemblies Done Right of delivery date. Once set was delivered, we schedule a date with provider and set was assembled within 3 days of delivery. Only took them one day to assemble the set. They also offer services of protecting the wood with a sealer, in which they came back and did. Great Experience.

We received an outdoor play set as a gift and needed someone to build it for us as we do not have the time ourselves. I e-mailed through their site after finding them on Angie's List and I received a response the same day. Once I received the information I requested I extended my phone number and received a phone call the next day (which was a Sunday) to go ahead and schedule an appointment to build. Mark informed me he had an opening for Monday morning and I took it as I so desperately wanted it out of my garage as well as set up so my boys could play on it. They showed up on time and got right to work and did a great job. I could tell they have done it many times before as they had a system that they seemed to follow as they pulled things out. They finished the entire set in about three or three and a half hours. I was completely shocked how quickly they put it up and they showed me and I double checked to make sure it was super secure and it was and looks fabulous. They even moved it from where we originally decided to put it to maximize our backyard space since we do not have a large backyard and it looks better than I could ever imagine and still have space to do other things as well.

The company and employees were extremely professional from the first telephone contact all the way through the completion of the project. They were professional, respectful, punctual, friendly and hard working. We are very pleased and will definately use them again in the future. I was very impressed and thankful that they were able to schedule for a Sunday. Thank you for a job well done!

First I emailed and got a price quote, then I called and got an appointment a week and half out. A two-man team built this entire playset in less than six hours. I was happy with the price and the quality of the work.

Assemby technician arrived on time and completed the job, which I thought was going to take longer, in only two hours. He made sure not to make any mess in my home and took away all empty furniture boxes and packing materials. The quality of assembly was outstanding and the price extremely reasonable. I will be calling them again in the near future.

I called Mark on Monday to discuss his availability and the cost. He was available on Tuesday. Tuesday Jeff and his wife came out, put the swing set together in about 5.5 hours. It was a really easy process and my husband and I were happy with the results.

Arrived on time as promised at 9:30a.m.. Organized different parts of swing set. Assemble was complete by 5:00 p.m. Swing set looks great. They did a wonderful job. It was also cold and wet outside and they continued to work. I was truly amazed.

They did a really good job. They were on time and professional. They did what we agreed on the first time at the agreed upon contract.

Very pleased with the job and the price - it was a lot of money but I thought it was fair as it took 2 men 3 hours to complete. It was important to have a company that would stand behind the work since they are drilling into your roofing shingles (yikes!). I was happy to use a well respected, insured company!

Overall this was a successful project and we are very happy that we found this company. We will definitely use them again!!

We found them through Angie's list. We called them and we were able to schedule an appointment. They were flexible. They got the job done and moved a quiet place. It was nice because they were able to get me the quote. I was able to send them pictures of what my place was. Based on the pictures and the things involved, they gave me a quote online. We were able to schedule the appointment online. They came out over 7 or 8'o clock in the morning, and it took them three days because one of their workers got sick, so we had to go back out there. They came and finished the job. They were great and really good. I would recommend them to anyone. We gave them $100 tip. It was really good, and we were able to discuss what we wanted. They gave us their recommendation, and they were able to follow the instructions well, which was with the beginning of our 100 degrees weather. It was hot, and they got the job done. They were really good. They were responsive as far as responding to my emails. I got their email within an hour.

Showed up on time and got the job done in record time. Well worth the money to avoid the complications of a rookie putting the playset together.

I called Assemblies Done Right on Wednesday to finish assembling my Highlander play set which I had started, but did not have time to finish on my own. Mark, the owner, told me that they have lots of experience with this exact model which made me much more comfortable in hiring them. The price was a bit more than I was expecting, but I didn't want to skimp on quality as my daughter would be playing on this play set. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that Mark had one spot open for the next day, Thursday. I called Mark back later to request the spot and his installers came right on time at 9:30am. After 6 hours of non-stop work (2 people) the play set was done. We were able to play on the set immediately after they left. I was very happy at how sturdy and solid the play set was. I did notice some screws were drilled in too deep and sticking out the other side. I e-mailed Mark, and he responded the same day. He offered to send the installer back ASAP. He also told me that I could back out the screws slightly on my own if desired (I had asked about this). In the end I backed out the screws myself, but I was impressed with the quick response and the offer to come out again. In addition, their work comes with a 1 year warranty so I have piece of mind in knowing that I can call them back if anything needs tightening or adjusting in the next year. In the end I'm glad I spent the money as now my daughter can play on the play set while the weather is nice, and I can relax in knowing that she is safe because of the quality of the work.
