There's nothing quite as traumatic as a washing machine that won't start. We called on a Saturday and they came over very quickly. From my description they knew exactly what was wrong.The young lady set about to repair the machine and it was all a blur - flying hands and parts, and then it was finished, just like that. She knew which switch had failed and how to get it replaced in just a few minutes, even with me watching and talking. We're impressed!

Description of Work: They came out to fix the door in my dishwasher. They replaced all sorts of things but never were able to keep the door from popping open during the cycle. Finally I fixed it myself.
