+ -1 moreI needed to replace leaky outside water faucets (very old.) Called All Complete Plumbing and had an appointment for the next morning. I was a bit nervous as I had not gotten a ballpark estimate. Travis arrived the next morning and was professional, pleasant, and, as it turned out, very skilled. Pleasantly surprised that this company uses hourly rate pricing, not per item(job.) Since this plumber was efficient and thorough, he was able to replace all three of my faucets within the hour. I should mention that several months ago I was told by the company with which I currently have a prepaid discount plan that to replace just one faucet, it would cost me twice what I paid All Complete Plumbing for all three. I was also able to have him use faucets I had previously purchased to do the job myself. That saved me also. To say this experience made my day is a gross understatement.
Description of Work: I had three old, leaky outside faucets to be replaced. I wanted it done so in the future I could repair/replace as needed.

+ -1 moreI called this morning 4/9/2013, explaining the problem of a leaky toilet, asking if someone could come today or sometime this week to check it out. They called back within 30 minutes to say someone was on his way. The nice All Complete Plumbing employee, Travis, checked out the leak and was able to repair it. He replaced the faulty parts, and now the toilet works like new. The whole visit took only about 30 minutes. I have used All Complete Plumbing before, for different problems. They always come promptly, fix the problem/s completely, are professional, courteous, and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone having plumbing issues in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. They are the best!! DO CALL All Complete Plumbing in Hurst, TX, for all your plumbing issues in the D/FW area.

+ -1 moreI scheduled with Travis to come reinstall toilets Monday morning after I had new tile installed in my bathrooms. We were able to confirm first appointment in the morning. On the Friday before when the tile was being installed, the flooring crew broke the water value to the toilet and water had to be totally shut off in the entire house. I called the office and asked if they could squeeze me in so someone could fix that valve so I would have water over the weekend. They were able to squeeze me in late in the day and fixed the unplanned problem. On Monday, they showed up on time. They reinstalled the toilets, installed new water shutoff valve and connector to the toilet. They grouted around the toilet and cleaned up afterwards. Everything was completed to my satisfaction and I have had no problems. They were very professional and friendly.
Description of Work: Reinstall two toilets after new ceramic tile was installed in bathrooms. "Immediate" service needed when tile installation crew removed a toilet and broke water valve.

+ 0 moreThe hot water heater was for my house in Hurst; the most recent work was done in my house in Bedford. They have been very responsive and professional no matter what size the job has been.
Description of Work: I had these folks install a new gas hot water heater last year and I was so impressed with them and the work they did that I knew I'd call them again if I ever need a plumber. This time I thought I had a slab leak and it turned out to be a broken kitchen faucet as well as backed up washing machine line. Otis spent almost two & days working on repairing and replacing kitchen faucet and pvc piping as well as cleaning out washing machine line. He even contacted a contractor out to fix the damaged sheetrock from the water leak who also did a fantastic job. I can't praise Otis, his staff, and the work they do enough.

Their price was okay. They did not like the sink that I had purchased. I would not recommend this company.

Travis answered the phone, very polite and professional explained what had happened and didn't think it was a hurry up get over emergency, however, the water was not going down and I was concerned something could happen if we waited until Monday. The clogged toilet occurred on a Friday. Travis asked a couple of questions-- and we decided the job should be a straight forward clean out. Travis arrived within 30 min, snaked out the toilet, clog gone....toilet operational. It was a relief to have done and not worry about it sitting there all weekend. The price was fair... Travis cleaned up some of the splash, very proficient and professional . No problem calling Travis again if needed in the future

We had a leak that went from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor. They were able to recommend someone to come out and dry us out. All Complete Plumbing came back out the same night and took out the toilet that I had asked him to set that morning and at no cost. We would definitely use them again. They will be the first ones we call next time we have plumbing issue

Then I had to dig up my own clear house and piping the front yard as the other ones were too lazy to do it. Finally these people got the problem and instead of saying there is kitchen grease, they went and found the problem was the mulberry trees. The roof of the tree had gotten into the plumbing and into the sewer line

He is a work acholic and is really good.They did a really good job and I would use them again. I would recommend them to anyone. When the work was done you could not tell he was here.

+ 1 moreOdis and his team came right on time, switched out the hot water heater (located in the attic!), and, once the water was turned back on, checked the water pressure and and made sure everything was working correctly. He even took time to check my outdoor pipes to make sure they were properly wrapped for the winter. The whole crew was so quiet, courteous, efficient, and non-invasive that I hardly knew they were here. The original time estimate given to do the job was for four hours. They completed everything in two hours, including hauling away the old water heater that was failing and cleaning up. All this, and the price was under the original estimate. The courtesy, promptness and professionalism of the All Complete Plumbing crew is second to none. I would unhesitatingly recommend them for all your plumbing needs if you live in the D/FW area!
Description of Work: Services performed: Replace hot water heater in the attic. The heater was failing... being 16 hears old! They first had to drain the old hot water heater, which they did very efficiently. Then they turned off the water supply to the house. They then had to disconnect the old heater and lower it down through the attic access. They brought in the new hot water heater, unpackaged it very carefully, and hoisted it up into the attic. They reconnected the new hot water heater, turned on the water to the house, and slowly let it fill with water. They checked to make sure everything was working properly.

Description of Work: My call to their office at All Complete Plumbing was answered promptly and courteously. I explained to their office manager the problem I was experiencing. She made an appointment convenient for me, and the owner showed up at the appointed time, on time, assessed the situation and identified the problem. He charged me nothing for the trip, saying "I just found what caused the problem .. I haven't fixed it yet." The problem was low water pressure and no hot water in the master bathroom shower... all other faucets had great water pressure and hot water. Odis showed me the problem and recommended the solution .. my house is 16 years old and the hot water heater is beginning to fail, causing little granules to form in the line which then block the flow of water to the showerhead. Odis was able to restore water pressue and hot water flow to the shower, and we have scheduled the installation of a new hot water heater for next Monday, January 16, 2012. Odis gave me an estimate of $1200-$1300 for entire job, including the take-away and disposal of the existing water heater. Odis was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He takes time to explain the cause of the problem and answers questions. In addition to the above, Odis checked my outdoor pipes and recommended a way of wrapping and protecting them through the winter months to prevent them from freezing and bursting. I know he will do a super job with the hot water heater installation. I will update this report after the job is finished on January 16th.

+ 1 moreWe called All Complete plumbing to get a second opinion estimate on fixing our root-clogged toilet drain. Odis was very helpful over the phone, and then came out in person to take a look at our problem. He was able to suggest an alternate, less destructive, and much less expensive approach to fixing our toilet. We set an appointment for the work to be done. On the appointment day, he called in the morning to confirm the time frame, and he kept us updated on his estimated arrival time. He took care of the job efficiently and left the work area clean afterward. The job ended up costing us about one third the cost of the first company's estimate. We are very pleased and would definitely use All Complete again.
Description of Work: Removed toilet, cleared roots from clogged toilet drain pipe, replaced cracked pipe/flange, re-set and regrouted toilet.

+ 0 moreWonderful! I had several folks in to give me an estimate for this project. I decided to call the company I had used for plumbing work before to see if they could assist in any way. Smartest move I made. Odis Trammell came out and took a look. Then he contacted the tile guy he works with (Joe Monk) and asked him to take a look. Before anything started they gave me a ball park estimate that included an estimate of what I might spend on tile. Then Joe Monk and I got together and we went back and forth several times until we had tiles picked. Once we got the tile selections complete, I received a written estimate. The work started on time. Every time the tile guys came into my house they laid a path for themselves out of drop cloths so there was no traffic on my carpet. The work went beautifully and the tile guys were the best. I had two city inspections and passed them both. I have since recommended All Complete Plumbing and Joe Monk to my decorator who is helping me with my kitchen remodel.
Description of Work: I had my bathtub removed and replaced with a tile shower. I had all fixtures replaced.
