Description of Work: Repaired pipes under the bathroom. The guys who work for A-1 are great,they let you know ahead of time what they intend to do and quote a cost. Once they start they are professional and make sure that everything is running smoothly before leaving.

Description of Work: Toilet was flooding into shower. All Complete Plumbing came on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it , & left. I've used ACP before , & they're always courteous, reasonably priced, & professional, including the office staff.

Description of Work: They replied to my call well. They looked at my plumbing problem and told me they would do a little research and call me back with 3 options/quotes. It’s been 9 days I have never heard back from them.

1st Option: Gave price and recommendation for circulating line when on call. 2nd Option: Aftermarket crossover did not recommend 3rd Option: Putting a small water heater under sink. Have not found one to fit and have not heard back from city on codes to complete recommendations.

Description of Work: called and talked to owner ( Otis ) after business hours one afternoon, he informed me he could come right out, but it would be overtime and what the rate would be, he said if I could wait until next day it would be much cheaper, not having an emergy this is what I did. An employ called me the next day right at the schulded time and than arrived riight when he said he would ( Travis ) Avery nice young man. He looked for the cause of my backup using info that I gave him, tried running power snake thru cleanouts I had showed him, Travis realized that something was not right, he than called his boss Otis who came out within 15 min. using morden tools and ole fashing skills they were able to find another cleanout that was burred about 18 inches underground. I have lived in this house for 5 years and had to call several plumbing companys here to fix different problems. I will never call anyone else, this is the best company I have ever used. I would use All Compleat Plumbing if I was very rich or if I was flat broke. A small company that can do big things THE VERY BEST
