Actually we have a contract with them now. They should be out next month or November to do another cleaning so we'll be ready for the Winter. They're really good and the gentleman comes out and explains everything, goes over everything. We don't have to do anything. He just goes through everything.

Mark came on time and diagnosed the problem but did not have the motor or brace to replace the broken one. He came back early the next day and installed the new motor and brace. He was courteous and answered all my questions.

Upon arrival, he got to work trouble-shooting the problem. After replacing the part, he cleaned up the a/c unit and inspected other areas since we didn't have a service history on the unit.

Prompt response. Tech arrived on time and determined the problem despite not being familiar with the model of thermostat

They were in and out and were reasonably priced. I would recommend. The workers that came out were very prompt. He was in and out, quick, polite and courteous. It is working okay now. I don't remember the cost, but I don't remember blinking about.

Very pleased with our well designed and meticulously installed systems. I was impressed that they have an engineer design them and experts install them. The heater went out on one of our units and since all of the units were getting old and having various problems, we decided to replace all at once. We had 3 companies provide quotes and then decided to go with Air Worth. It was obvious that Air Worth was engineering our systems and not just replacing them and I was very happy with their pricing compared to the other quotes. They professionally installed the systems, taking steps that other companies do not - steps that ensure the units will last longer and operate with fewer problems. They even found a kinked freon line that 2 other AC companies that had previously serviced the system failed to find. And they use test equipment to measure the system to ensure it's running properly. As a homeowner for 30 years, I've never seen any other company take these steps.

They were alright. I wasn't exactly sure about the cost but it was alright. They fixed the problem and it turned out to be little lot more expensive than I thought it would be, but that might be the going price of Freon.

Air Worth has serviced my HVAC system for years after having been recommended by my dentist. They have always been responsive and the quality fo their work is outstanding. It was time to replace my old system in February and Air Worth provided options and took their time to see that I was comfortable with the choice. I was very pleased with the quality of the installation and care taken to do it right. Highly recommended.

They did a very good job. The service technician was very helpful. He informed me of things I need to take care of for my new home. He was timely and I would definitely use them again.

After having an initial bad experience, the owner personally called to apologize. We set up another service date and Mark was there right at 4 to service my unit. He checked the inside and outside units, as well as cleaned my coils. He thoroughly went over his concerns and explained each item to me in detail. I appreciate the owner calling to apologize for their mistake. They more than made up for it and I would definitely use them in the future.

Their service is absolutely wonderful. They know us, they know our house and the guys are very good at telling us what needs to be replaced or what preventative maintenance we need. They never try to sell us anything we do not need but they will let us know what we might need to replace in the future. I always talk to the owner and they will always call me ahead of time when they are on their way. It has been a nice working relationship with them.

They were terrific. Even though they didn't do any work, they were very prompt and they took all the information I needed for the filters. They were also friendly.

Air Worth always comes on the date and time specified when I call to make the appointment. Ever since 2006, when I first moved to Texas, Air Worth has been there to maintain my H/VAC system. They are very efficient, and fix any problems they detect so that small problems don't become big problems. Since I have lived here and have been using Air Worth for semi-annual H/VAC maintenance check-ups, I have had no H/VAC problems. I am a big believer in preventative maintenace, and my faith in their services has been rewarded. I highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

We like them; the guys are good people to have in your house. They do excellent work and are very nice.

We have owned our home for less than 3 yrs. Our unit is very old. We have had many repairs and it never really cools our bedrooms that are in the far side of the house. We called Air Worth because the house was not cooling again. Mark fixed the current problem and had our house cooling better than it had ever felt. I was expecting to hear that we needed a whole new system. Mark could have sold it too us even though we can't really afford it right now. Who could go without air-conditioning in a Texas August. He told us that our system had served us well to be as old as it was. He said that is might last 2 weeks or 2 years. Basically, get our affairs in order because it was living on borrowed time. Mark did not pressure us at all about buying another system. Well, it lasted 2 weeks and it stopped working all together. Mark promptly returned to find that another part had broken. He replaced it and we have been up and running ever since. I was impressed with Mark's honesty and promptness. He did good work with sub par equipment. I know we will be replacing our system. I will definitely consider hiring Air Worth to do the job.

He was very nice, but I probably wouldn’t recommend them. They wanted to replace all of the duct work too, which I found out was not necessary.

They’ve been terrific overall. They do the work neatly, including covering your floors while they work. They’ve been prompt and explain everything thoroughly, so I know what’s happening and what has to be done. I’ll proably use them in the future to replace my entire unit; I’m receiving a quote from them tomorrow!

They replaced my air conditioning system and also a heating unit in my attic.

The service went very well overall. The young man really knew his business and kept us informed of what the situation was in terms that made sense to us!

Air Worth tech determined that my AC system was very low on refrigement, located the leak and repaired by replacing the evaporator coil.

Mark is very prompt and has never over charged or charged me for things that weren’t necessary. He has even made suggestions on ways for me to save money. I would definitely recommend him to others.

The two marks moved the old unit in the attic and the outdoors compressor and installed the new ones. They removed all the old ducts, return air system and replaced with new. They did an excellent job of sealing all ducts and return air and registers. This installation took 2.5 days since Mark has only one other installer working. There was no debris left with a thorough clean up each day.

I was pleased with the service provided and will hire them when we are ready to get a new system.
