Ace Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration

Excellent customer service beginning with a prompt response to my initial request. The process was thoroughly explained as we discussed the scope and cost of my project with the technician. The work was performed over two days, and my family can literally breathe easier thanks to a fantastic job by the technician.

Travis was so knowledgeable and very helpful. His service was professional and answered all my questions.

We had several jobs done by professional carpet expert Travis. Our carpet looks new as well as our sofas and lazy boy recliner. My ceramic tile floor sparkles like new. I am so grateful to have located Matthew the owner of Ace Carpet Cleaning. Matt & Travis are very professional Christian young men who truly care about doing a great job for their customers. Matt has taken care of us many times after we moved into our home years ago, and the last two years Travis has transformed my mom's house after completing each of the services I mentioned above. Received a call back right away; discussed the job to clean an 8x10 rug, details about the carpet, process for cleaning and protecting. Agreed upon the quoted price and made arrangements to have my carpet picked up between 3-4pm on Friday. I made arrangements to leave work early to meet the person to pick up my carpet… after 5pm when no one showed up; i called and was told he ‘forgot’ and was busy with another job. Asked if I would be around later in the evening and he would call me as soon as he was done with the job he was doing. It’s Monday and I still haven’t heard back. Will not be hiring this company in the future and will not recommend.

They did a great job very friendly everything looks great smells great they also did the rules in the bathroom. We would absolutely recommend and use again!!

Very well! Matt showed up on time and was very knowledgeable of the materials and different options for protecting the carpet/pad and explaining what he will be doing. He went the extra mile in making sure the new pad and cleanliness of the carpet was perfect. Definitely would hire again for carpet cleaning in current living situation and for future!

Matthew did an excellent job removing stains and discolorations from our carpet that wouldn't come out with other methods we tried. The price was good especially for the large amount of work required and not having to install a new carpet! He was able to show up fast within the few days we had available from the time of scheduling.

I am super impressed! Matt did an amazing job and was readily available when we needed him. He did such a great job on all our carpets, we had him come back and do our tile. All the grout is back to its original color and resealed. It looks awesome. I would highly recommend this company. I will always use this company for our carpet/tile cleaning needs.

The light colored Berber carpet hadn’t been cleaned in a while but Matt did and excellent job. Never thought that the carpets could look so good. We will definitely use him again.

Matt was prompt in scheduling appointment for estimate, showed up for the estimate appointment and cleaning appointment when he said he would. Matt was professional, did a great job of cleaning the heavy traffic areas and had great follow-up. Didn't come in with a low ball price and then try to sell additional services to make the job bigger. He quoted what he thought would be required for me to be happy with the job the first time.

This was my first encounter with Ace carpet cleaning but I can assure you it wont be my last. Like many who read this I have tended to go with the big corporate carpet cleaning companies. Sucked in my advertised low prices on room cleaning that are inevitably inflated by all the things you would think would be standard but are an added expense you typically decide to pay for. This time I decided to try calling a smaller company in, after finding one that was well reviewed on Angie’s List, and showing them what I need and getting a price quote. Matt, with Ace carpet cleaning was able to come by the same day I contacted him and when I told him I need the work done quickly he fit me in the very next day. At the time expected he showed up, and yes he did suggest I add a few rooms to the work I had requested and the price he quoted me for the added rooms was more than fair. The total time for the work from start to finish was 5 hours. The results were outstanding.

They had to postpone the service due to problems with their truck, but rescheduled and moved furniture back to compensate for the delay. The carpets look fine.

The areas without stains were cleaned very well. The upholstery was done great and now looks like new. They came back upon request to reclean areas that had extensive stains and Matt did these areas himself and did a fantastic job! This was not a quick 2 or 3 hour job as we have had in the past. Matt did a very thorough job and altogether spent over 10 hours here. Our carpets now look like new and it’s the best carpet cleaning we have ever had done.

I called several carpet cleaning companies before speaking with Matt. I am having a party and needed service before the end of the week. Matt worked around my schedule and came out sooner rather than later. Matt and Steve did a fantastic job... my carpet looks brand new. Best of all No Pet Stains or Smells! (I have 5 dogs and 2 cats) I will definitely recommend ACE Carpet Cleaning.

Matt was able to get the chair cleaned and kitty urine smell removed. The rug was dingy looking but isn't any more! He also treated both with Scotchguard We are very pleased.
