Ace Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration

I found a buyer for my house and one item they wanted was to have the carpet professionally cleaned after we moved out. I owned the house for 12 years and had used a professional carpet company only once before. The previous company was not able to get the traffic areas very clean. Ace did a wonderful job by trying at least 3 different methods to pull the dirt out. My carpet was textured and patterned with Berber so it took extra work but they got it done at the quoted price. They were on time and very professional and I will definitely recommend them and also used them when I get my next house.

Very responsive when I contacted them about the cleaning. Price quoted for both pieces for what one company wanted to clean just one. Had some scheduling issues the day scheduled but contacted me and worked out a different time the same day that worked for both of us. The furniture was much dirty than I expected once they got started so it took a couple of hours or more. The results were wonderful. The sofa and loveseat look like new- no pet smells. Would use them again for carpet cleaning.

I needed to have my carpets cleaned immediately due to an accident my son had. It was 5 days before Christmas and my parents were arriving in 2 days. I needed a very quick turnaround. I found Ace Carpet Cleaning on Angie's list, purchased a coupon for their services, contacted them and received both a phone call and e-mail response very promptly. We made an appt for the very next day. Both Matthew and Elizabeth were very personable and friendly. When they saw the mess my son (who has autism) had made, they didn't even blink and were very understanding. They went to work and not only did they get out the stains in my son's room, they got out a prominent red punch stain (tan carpet) that had been there for a few years. The last guy I paid to clean the carpets couldn't get it out, but they managed to get this very old stain out of the carpets. They got out several other stains in various rooms of the house and gave my carpets new life. My carpets were in such bad shape that I was convinved if I ever sold this house, which is only 5 years old, that I would have to replace them; I was sure they were done. Matthew and Elizabeth restored my carpets. I'm committed to calling them whenever my carpets need cleaning. Not only did they handle my carpets with care, but they were very sensitive to my family situation and handled us with care as well.

Mini came out and did a fantastic job. She was pleasant and thorough. Highly recommend!

Ace Carpet cleaning was late in arriving to my house; but this is the only negative aspect of their service. I was very pleased with their professionalism and skill. I was very pleased with the outcome of this service.

Called Ace Carpet cleaning for an estimate and scheduled an appointment with Matt and Liz. Liz called on the scheduled day and said they were on their way. Upon arrival, they looked at all the carpets, keeping to their estimate and got everything ready. They worked hard spending the entire day cleaning the carpets and fixing the buckles. They both are very friendly and did an excellent job, the carpets look great when they were done!

Can't say enough great things...AMAZING!!! Prompt, courteous, reasonable, professional. Would highly recommend. I needed carpet cleaning right away. I called Ace Carpet cleaning and explained my situation...fear of ringworm fungus (from cat) spreading to my elderly father, myself, other family, and their dogs. I needed my carpets & upholstery, not only cleaned, but treated with 'something' that would hold back the fungus, AND I needed service right away, but, wanted time to research the disinfectant solution that would be used. Matt gave my a quote over the phone, but said it would be, "next week." I called around to see if I could get another company to come out sooner. No other company could beat the price, but other companies were available "tomorrow". After researching (on-line), I learned that the disinfectant Matt said they used was germicidal and would inhibit the growth of the fungus along with the hot steam from the cleaning equipment. I called back in hopes of hiring Ace ASAP. Matt was able to re-arrange their schedule for "tomorrow." YEAH!!! Matt & Elizabeth (husband & wife team) called when they were on their way and arrived on time as scheduled. They moved furniture carefully, treated spots on carpet & upholstery, cleaned, used the blower to help speed the drying, and repaired a worn area of carpet. The disinfectant was left to dry. They were meticulous in cleaning...best carpet cleaning I've ever had. Great services all around!!!!

Maids came in and looked around the house. They informed me that I would have to pay them another $145 in advance before they could start the work. I was not happy to hear that, because there was nothing in the description of the deal that would have stated any additional charges. I did not have the work done. Cleaning never took place. The maid said she would charge $100 more. I tried to call the company rep but no one picked up the phone. I did not want to pay additional amount. I stopped the two maids and told them that I would make other arrangements. I do not have anything against the company. The rep tried to rectify the situation but it was too late for my situation. As I HAD to get the job done THAT day. However, I would try the company again without hesitation as Mathew Brook tried real hard to rectify the situation. Anyone who is this determined to correct that situation is proof enough that the company is very conscious of customer satisfaction and would do whatever it takes to satisfy customer. What else can a customer want?

Matthew and Elizabeth did an awesome job on some very dirty carpets. Not only did they arrive on time but they worked hard and did an outstanding job of cleaning my carpets and some bad stains. A file cabinet had sat in one spot and when we moved it we discovered rust stains. Matthew got the rust stains out and you can't tell they were ever there. And Matthew pitched in an helped move that cabinet into the garage from the house. Both he and Elizabeth were professional, worked hard and left a product that I am very proud of now. They were both extremely friendly and I will definitely have them back again. And I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a carpet cleaned.

Matt and his team were awesome. I had them clean my 2 couches, 2 oriental rugs, clean my 3 bedrooms of carpet, and clean my ceramic tile. They were at my house 6.5 hours, were very polite, friendly, and trustworthy...and did fantastic work. I had not had anything cleaned in at least a year. They worked hard, quietly, and knocked it all out...my house looks fantastic...I will use them again and recommend them to everyone.

They were a great team and we already scheduling them again to do the carpets in my sisters home. I have bragged about them to my coworkers who now want to use this service. Start to finish a great experience, they honored their quote and I got more than I expected! I'm so happy to have found such a great carpet cleaner!

So I saw Matt's coupon on here and I decided to give him a call. I explained to him that if he could get my house clean, it would be his Sistine Chapel. It was that bad. Holes, stains of every color, burn marks, tears, and deep dirt penetration. We had rented out our house for two years and were moving back in. Matt and Liz showed up at 2:00 for what he said would probably be a 2-3 hour job. Eight and a half hours later (10:30), they left a 1,000 times cleaner house and an incredibly satisfied customer. I cannot explain the hard work, sweat, and dedication that was required to clean this house. Matt's equipment is top notch, and starting downstairs, he cleaned the floors again and again. He would work on individual stains, and then clean the whole floor again. When we walked in the house, he'd been there for about an hour, and he was cleaning the track on our sliding glass door, which didn't slide very well. Why? Because it didn't slide very well and he wanted to fix it. To say Matt went over and above in this job is an understatement. He and his wife did an amazing job. They wanted to leave the carpet perfect. It really bothered them when some of the stains (namely a highlighter, bleach, and hair color) wouldn't come up, so they replaced that section of the carpet. They have a ton of different liquid "solutions" to take up different kinds of stains, and they will try everything they can to get stains to come up. Matt is great at fixing burn marks, patching, and repairing carpet. He used to be a carpet installer and I can see that. I know most people's carpet won't be a fourth as bad as this one was, but be confident Matt is going to do everything possible to get your carpet looking its best. Thank you Matt and Liz, I'm so thankful for your hard work on this job. I've already told a bunch of people about you, so I hope you get some more business.

They did a great job cleaning carpets in our bedrooms, gameroom, and the stairway. They were very careful with our newly installed hardwood floor. Very professional, punctual, and efficient. Friendly too! I would definitely hire them again.

They did a great job. We were getting ready to put our house on the market and they were very helpful in planning a date a week or two in advance. We really appreciated that assistance. The carpets looked new when they were done and they are holding up very well to people and dog traffic. They did a very thorough job and we were very comfortable having them in our home. They followed up to make sure we were happy with the work and explained their guarantee and follow-up services if we would need them.

It was okay. It was just standard.

We had relocated and rented a home in the Arlington area. The maid service and carpet cleaners, contracted with the landlord, dropped the ball. The carpet cleaners cancelled at the last minute and tried to reschedule for the next week. I had to find a new carpet cleaning company at the last minute before the next day arrival of the moivers with our furniture. I found ACE Carpet Cleaning through Angies List. Matt made a special effort to get to me late the same day which was in itself greatly appreciated. Even though we were in a pinch for time they did not charge extra for the same day service. Not only were their prices very reasonable to do the entire house but they were very professional and thorough. The odd smell in the house disappeared and the carpets were very well cleaned. Boith Matt and Liz were very fun and friendly and their conversation wes enjoyable. They definitely took the stress out of the day...They also cleaned the outside mats at no charge. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

My carpet is a light sand color and I was heartsick when our puppy chewed a ball point pen and left 3 substantial ink stains in the liviingroom. Rolling in the ink and flipping the pen around the room pretty much made what I thought might be a hopeless mess. After several "Google" attempts to clean it up myself I called Matt. Matt was not intimidated and rightfully so. They arrived on time and got the ink stains out of my carpet. My husband reports they were very professional, friendly and consciencious. The cleaned my living room, dining room, staircase and gameroom upstairs. We are very happy with the results and service. They are my go-to-carpet company.
