Ace Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration

Matt and Liz made a good team to finish our cleaning. Matt spent about 4 hours just in the dining room and did an excellent job. Liz did most of the carpet and did great. They removed the old padding and old tack strips from the house and left everything very very neat.

They did a great job! So good that we had them do the rental property we moved into. Professional and reasonable price. I will use them again. Only thing is they were about an hour late both times so plan that into your schedule.

They responded quickly to my call and scheduled an appointment in a timely manner. They had late afternoon appointments, which is invaluable with work schedules. They arrived promptly and did such a thorough job. They pretreated the areas that needed it and then really took their time to ensure a good job was done. I have not been more pleased with a carpet cleaning service, and we have used several different ones.

Fantastic people. Very nice - removed stains that I wasn't sure would ever come out. Moved furniture themselves (very heavy,difficult pieces) and put it back. Wonderful company and I will use for all future carpet/upholstery cleaning.

Matt called me back the same day and had the cleaning scheduled for Labor Day. I had to re-schedule because of the weather (had to put furniture on patio and it was raining)! He came Tuesday right on time. They pre-treated stains (I had a lot of them) and went to work. He was completely professional and took pride in his work!

I hired Matt and Liz from Ace to clean cat urine from my wall-to-wall rug. A few weeks ago another carpet cleaning company poured on a supposed miracle product that they didn?t later extract, so not only was the rug still saturated but the solution they poured on the stains had caused the urine to actually spread to a larger area which made the problem even worse. The Ace people were absolutely outstanding. They moved heavy furniture and pulled back about a 5 foot by 12 foot section of stained rug. The smell was make-you-gag horrific and the pad was still wet from the previous treatment a few weeks earlier. Ace cut the pad and hauled it off, cleaned and sanitized the slab several times, cleaned and sanitized the backside of the carpet to where the dark stains had almost completely disappeared, laid and taped new padding, and then re-laid the carpet and thoroughly cleaned/sanitized the top. That section of the carpet now looks and smells like new. I feel like I received more than my money's worth for 60 square feet of treatment and pad replacement. I will definitely use them again.

Matt and Elizabeth arrived and went right to work. They cleaned my very old wall-to-wall carpeting and gave it new life. Very reasonably priced and my carpets look wonderful.

Blair was wonderful to work with. He did his best to get pet stains out of the house we purchased, even coming back a second time to clean again because the stain was still present. In addition, he came to a rental property to clean the living room carpet and did a fantastic job on some pretty worn out carpet. I would recommend Ace Carpet cleaning to anyone in the Grapevine area looking for nice, prompt, good service.

I used this company after purchasing his deal on Angie's List. Matt and his assistant were wonderful. Very punctual, very thorough. Matt had me walk through the house and point out all problem areas. After the service, we again walked through the entire house and he wanted to confirm I was pleased with the work. The carpeting dried quickly. Matt worked extra long on some areas that were heavy traffic areas with our labrador. Very happy. Have his card and will use him again.

Matt and Elizabeth are hard working, patient, and conscientious. There was considerable wicking the next day, and I texted Matt to come back out, but I did not pursue. They worked so hard to do me right the first time, redoing areas that I could still see spots, moving furniture, being careful of scraping molding w/ the hose, hand-doing the corners/edges, mopping spillage on the wood floors, ect, that I just pulled out my Bissell and zapped up the wicking myself. ( the extraction water in the collection tank of my Bissell was filthy afterwards, which makes me wonder about the truck-mount quality of suction). I must add, that I am intrigued by the Angie's List so-called-deal, 150.00 for whole house cleaning/one story. I asked Matt what his normal price is, and he replied that that was it! Which brings me to Angie's List Deals: This carpet cleaning was fairly cut-and-dry, though other 'deals' really are estimates in disguise, where one is paying, say 99.00 up front for a few minutes of so-called 'work', just to have the contractor hit you with hundreds of $$$ in estimates/ additional charges. (See my reviews for Certified Pest Control and Double Eagle Sprinklers, one of which I will be seeking a full-angie's list-portion-refund). I recommend Ace Carpet Cleaning. The owner is young and fresh and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done satisfactory. POST NOTE: June: I was not able to get the wicking stains up myself after all, and with the wicking, came some old pet stains I thought were gone. I called Ace and they sent out BLAIR, who amazingly and thoughtfully, worked diligently, and wouldn't you know it---he got every bit of every wicked PET stain. I waited till now (July) to post this just to make sure it was for 'real'. My carpet is white and 16 years old, and thanks to the team at ACE, especially Blair, it is sparkling and looks almost as new as the day in 1997 I had it installed.

Excellent service and results. Went above and beyond to make sure that my carpets were cleaned. They even came back and cleaned a few spots that did not come all of the way out on the first cleaning. Definitely will use them again.

They did a great job on my place, they worked extra harder in certain areas. They were super friendly, arrived on time, and were great cleaning up after themselves. I would Highly recommend them. I will certainly use them again in the future.

Fantastic experience from Matthew. He showed up a bit late, but once he arrived he went right to work. He was professional, nice, and really showed a passion for his work. He's determined to get any stain out and had a few tricks that I believe very few carpet cleaning companies out there employ, such as an arsenal of bottles for each different color stain and tried to "heat transfer" a stain from the carpet onto a towel of his with the help of an iron for the heat source. The point is, he really does everything he can to get a stain out of your carpet. The work was done quickly, but thoroughly, and I am very pleased. I will be calling him back for our couches and area rugs soon! His prices were very competitive and fair and I never had the feeling that he was trying to get every dime out of me. Great experience!

The service was absolutely great. I had approximately 3,000 square feet of carpet cleaned in my home. I have 3 kids in my house and there were several stains of wasted liquids and a couple of high traffic areas. They worked extremely hard on each stain until it was removed. I also had spots of chewing gum they were able to remove from the carpet. They worked for about 6 hours making sure the carpet was cleaned. They didn't try to stick me with extra costs of stain removal. Matt and Liz were extremely nice and have such a good work ethic. It was the best carpet cleaning service I have received since living in the house for 10 years. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Cleaning itself was slightly above average. However, they were 2.5 hours late because their previous stop had asked for a number of additional services than originally requested and the cleaners, rather than scheduling another time with that customer to do add-ons, did them then and caused them to be 2.5 hours late, on a Friday no less, and then their equipment kept messing up. Consequently, it was 10:30 pm before they left. I was tempted to tell them when they got here to forget it due to how late they were and I wish I had considering how long it took them to finish. Would not recommend this particular cleaning service again as it is a 2-person operation and too many variables. Too many other places I can find slightly above average quality.

We are getting ready to move into my parents former home. The den and master bedroom have berber carpet. They came back twice to remove a stain and high traffic issues. All work was done in timely manner. Return visits were with different cleaning solutions meant to attack stubborn stains. Pleased with the results.

The service went well. The only issue we had was the carpets remained wet overnight. By wet I mean a little more than damp.

Ace Carpet Cleaning owners, Matt and Liz Brooke, came to our home to clean our downstairs carpet. We had recently replaced a large entertainment center with a smaller console and big-screen TV. It was very obvious that the carpet needed to be cleaned. Matt pre-treated the stained entertainment center area and traffic areas and worked extra h****** a red stain by a chair. The couple steam cleaned the living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a short hallway, two chairs and our master closet. Matt stretched an area of carpet that had buckled. Protectorate was applied to all areas after cleaning. Furniture that was moved was replaced with plastic squares under the legs. Ace Carpet Cleaning rocks!! Our carpet looks so much better!! Matt and Liz were very meticulous about "getting it right". They made sure we were happy with their services. Matt and Liz were very personable and we enjoyed visiting with them as they worked. The next day a stain came up from under the carpet by a window. At the same time, Matt had emailed me to see if everything was OK. I told him about the area and they came out and cleaned it again at no charge. We are very happy and would certainly use them again!

Matt was able to schedule me at last minute which was great because I didn't know when I would have another opportunity. Matt and Liz arrived on time and began working right away. They were very personable and professional! I had high traffic areas and a couple of stains that I thought wouldn't come out. Matt and Liz cleaned my carpets beautifully! I am very pleased with the work they did. They also tested a leather cushion to see if their cleaner would work for my leather sectional. I saw what a good job they did and asked them to clean 2 other pillows which they did without hesitation. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Service was good. A bit costly but overall experience was good.
