Ace Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration

They did an exceptional job! I asked them to do lots of extra things that I insisted they bill me for, like moving heavy furniture (they routinely move light furniture but my solid cherry antique pieces were beasts) and taking several of my large area rugs with them to be cleaned They were able to remove every spot from my carpet including rust, oil, and large furniture stains from a previous water leak I'll be calling them back to clean, re-grout, re-caulk, and seal all my bathroom tile

Not only did he do a great job cleaning the carpets, he also repaired an area of carpeting that needed to have a tack strip replaced. He replaced it and stretched the carpet back over the new tack strip. Was very thorough in all aspects of the job.

This was a big deal purchase. It was good. I would say that the cleaner kind of went out of his way to make sure that extra areas were done well -- you know, the stained stuff. What stood out was that the person who did the cleaning was willing to stay as long as it took. It wasn't like he had, you know, kept watching his schedule or anything like that. In fact, my neighbor across the street came over just before he was finished and asked what was going on, the truck has been parked out there for hours. I would say the price was fair, considering I had the extra furniture done.

Best job of cleaning carpet ever. He worked on the carpet traffic areas until it was like new. Very pleased.

I have used Ace Carpet and TILE cleaning now three times. Matt does an OUTSTANDING job. He has cleaned my carpets (I have four dogs) and my TILE. I could not believe how CLEAN everything turned out. I was very happy with the service. Certain areas were very dirty and they worked very diligently to get them as clean as possible. They are very hard workers.

Excellent experience. They arrived exactly on time, set up their equipment quickly and got to work. They were very careful with any furniture that we wanted them to move and placed the furniture back after cleaning with protective plastic squares or foam blocks under the legs to insure that there was no staining of the damp carpet; very professional in their approach. We were impressed by their knowledge about carpet cleaning and care. They were very friendly and we enjoyed talking with them. Matt was very particular about making sure that the cleaned carpet met his standards and if he was not satisfied with how the carpet looked in a particular area, he continued going over it until he was satisfied. With his approach he makes sure that the customer is happy with the results. We will definitely use them when we again have our carpet cleaned and will also use them before then to clean our tile and grout. Use them...you will be glad you did.

The whole process took a very short time, but my carpets looked clean.

Several of my animals got sick yesterday morning so I needed my carpets cleaned right away. Matthew was able to work me into his schedule even though he was busy. Even with the terrible storm that was hitting he still came out anyways. He was very polite and professional. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Matthew came on time, did a great job, and was very friendly. We have used Ace 3 times, two in our previous home and once at this location. They do an outstanding job. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else. They are on time, professional, and the carpets look great.

Fantastic job. I could not believe how clean they got the chair , ottoman and chaise which are well used by my dogs. They are like new. Stains were removed which I could not believe were removable.

Matt did a s uperior job cleaning two rooms of carpet and a large bathroom of tile. The 12 year old carpet looked brand new and we thought it was time to replace it! He sealed the grout and put Scotch Guard down in traffic areas. We were really impressed with the job and were thrilled with the result. We definitely can recommend him to others.

He was unable to keep original apt time but came after hours to complete job as promised for me. I was on a deadline and he came cleaned carpets GREAT job. I was so overwhelmed how well he cleaned the carpets even though he had a super long day. He did not leave me in a bind but honored his promise to me to show up and clean carpets. HATS off to Matt. I am so thankful.

I have used them for years and they do great work. I have recommended them to others and everything always works out great! Their prices are always fair for the service. They are very cordial, they try not to interfere with anything that you are doing and they clean up wonderfully! They always call if for any reason they are running behind, otherwise, they are always on time.

Ace was very apologetic about the problem and I really believe it was something out of their control. I was also offered another discount.

The service worked out fine and they cleaned all of the carpets in my home. I had a time line for scheduling and he pretty well accommodated what I needed. Two technicians came to do the cleaning and they completed the work in about three hours. I held off walking on the carpets for a couple hours after the service.
