I spoke to Matthew on the phone and he talked to me about everything I needed done. He was able to work with me on the time and day and was even going to rearrange his schedule he had for a meeting if I wanted that day. We scheduled the day and time and he was there right when he said he would be and called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. The carpets turned out so nice, and all the spots are gone (and there were many of different stains and sizes). He also completely replaced the tacking strip on the transition strip and it looks better now than it did when our carpet was first installed. The fabric on the game room chairs was cleaned very well and they look new again. Prior to calling Ace Carpet Cleaning, I almost went with another company that would have charged me over double the price because they charged by the square foot. I am so happy that I changed to this company. They were very professional and did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. And, I will use them the next time I need my carpet cleaned or repaired.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in entire house - 4 bedrooms, master bathroom, living room; repaired transition strip located between living room and game room; cleaned fabric on game room chairs (6).

He is punctual, gets stains out that most people do not get out, and if you have a true emergency he will work around his schedule to work you in. He has the commercial equipment to do the job. He is very honest. If you have carpet that he feels is not worth cleaning, he will tell you that you need new carpet and he will turn around and walk away with no charge. He also does minor carpet repair so if he is cleaning and see something, he will fix it right away so we can get it taken care of.
