Description of Work: They left my carpet so wet that it took a week to dry and began to smell moldy. I called them and the owner told me it was because my carpets were so dirty that they washed them twice. Although they hadn't been cleaned for a while, only my husband and I are at home. Additionally, I have had my carpets cleaned for over 25 years and never experienced this. He seemed more concerned with blaming my carpet and told me to put fans up. I called a day later and he never returned my phone call after several messages. I later recleaned the carpets to get rid of the smell.

Description of Work: Personnel were very personable. However, the grout was not cleaned as well as I had hoped. They managed to get sealer on vanity top in master bath. They did come out a week later to remove it. Since that time, I have noticed that the sealer was not applied uniformly - if grout is sealed, it does not get dark when it gets wet. That isn't the case in many places.

Description of Work: ACE Carpet cleaners did a wonderful job on my floor. The team went beyond my expectation and worked beyond hours to ensure that they did quality work. At the end, I was happy with the quality of work they did. I would use them again. I have also recommended them to some of my friends.

Description of Work: ACE Carpet Cleaning steam cleaned my carpets and they did a fantastic job. They pre-treated areas where there were pet stains and did not charge extra. Matt and Elizabeth were meticulous in their work and I could not be happier.

Description of Work: Cleaned the livingroom carpet, all the halls, dining room, and bedroom.

Description of Work: We bought a used home and called them on the phone and described what we needed done. He priced it on the phone. The carpet cleaning still looks nice after a month (sometimes this isn't the case with some carpet cleaners). He also stretched the carpet in a hallway area. It looks great, and I can't tell it was ever loose.

Description of Work: Ace Carpet came to Scotchguard My Brand New Carpets and did a very professional job and were very friednly and explained their services and what they were going to do. They did wear booties to prevent from tracking dirt into the house. Would use again.

Description of Work: ACE carpet cleaners was truly a professional team. They set up quickly and went to work, they cleaned every cushion without dropping water on the surrounding furniture and rug. I asked when the sofa would be dry, it would take all day. To our surprised they said,only one hour. This team I would recommend to clean the carpet or your furniture.
