Throughout 2020, we hired Jason to complete multiple jobs. He completed them well and we continued hiring him for jobs. Right after the February freeze, we asked Jason to complete a kitchen and bath remodel. He advised three weeks was suitable timeframe for completion. Once I gave a $1750 deposit, the job started. Whatever reasons or excuses Jason had to not show up and complete the job doesn't matter. You can blame the weather, the customer, your constant "falling outs" with others, how busy you are growing your business, etc. Any professional knows that once a deposit is accepted, you finish the work. I wish Jason would do the right thing and return the funds for work not completed.

I wish I could comment on the quality of work done by this company, but they never bothered to show up for an initial meeting. I place a call and spoke with a very nice man who set up a meeting for the next day at 2:30. Not only was he a no-show, I never received a call to explain. Not a great way to get business. I would not recommend this company for that reason.

I called the office the following Monday as I felt he had over charged me for the service and he did not complete the lawn service correctly. He then came to my home and got very upset when I pointed out the lawn service he completed incorrectly. He began to yell at me and I then asked him to leave my property.
Description of Work: He came out to cut my lawn. He did not know I was watching him cut the lawn. He was speeding through the mowing and was not here not even 30 minutes.

Now lets tell the truth I charged you $60.00 to mow a double lot plus I bagged your yard clippings , trimmed and edged , blew off all concrete, hauled all debris away. After yard was complete you paid me $60.00 you liked the job that was done then we had talked about getting yard all cleaned up at another date due to all gum balls , leaves etc. then we talked as you was going call me back to do some tree trimming .Also when you had first called me to do the yard someone else was to come out and fix weeds , come to find out truth be known you have had trouble with yard companies, well after I got msg to this review has really struck down inside me because I work very very hard to build what I have and what I do I take pride in my work as the day I did your yard my clothes soaking wet in sweat you even told me to go get rest and get cool, another thing is if you think you can bash me or my business your wrong the ones I have done work for before like my work . Another want to say is you said I yelled at you are you kidding me thats not in me even as you have posted this review I would not yell at you but I will tell you one thing now I will not work for you again sorry. As Elkins Lake deed restrictions you have to mantain your property as I know you have had problems before you fail to realize that I worked for Elkins Lake for awhile in those yrs. I have even inspected your property due to issues. I'm sorry you are out to make people look bad and try to ruin there business but as I go forward with business. Also I wanted to say did you realize that we had four inches of rain then sun after we mowed your yard. I wish you best of luck in future. Thanks for your buisness, Jason Riley
