Description of Work: He did an thorough inspection of the inside and outside and crawled under the crawl space to look for evidence of termites.

Description of Work: Joe Dan is a phenominal person to work with. He is extremely nice, and remembers all of his customers. I always felt that he was making recomendations to me as if it were his home. He always gave me the options, and let me choose what services I wanted done. All of his prices are very fair, and he is great to work with. He performed services for us both while we were there, as well as while no one was home, and the quality of service was always spectacular!

I also used them for a termite inspection before we purchased our home and they were extremely informative, courteous, punctual and provided a professional report. Joe Dan and his team are top notch. I don't remember exactly how much it cost, but it was reasonable.

+ 0 moreThey do a good job. They are very reasonable in their pricing. They don't have to advertise for work because they get their jobs by word of mouth. They also did our yard; they do yard work too. They normally charge about $70 to exterminate a house of 3000 square feet area and for the yard work.
