Description of Work: Initial contact was made in Feb. 2013 to solicit a quote for work to be preformed. Individual was well spoken, personable and knowledgeable of the systems he was selling and installing. When it come time to schedule the work he was non-responsive. He would not return calls, e-mails or txt messages. It was necessary to secure the services of another provider.

+ -1 moreAt first, he was extremely polite and well spoken. After we paid 800 down, he kept putting off the installation date with one excuse after another. He didn't answer our phone calls and pretty much disappeared. COMPLETE RIP OFF. That low life took our hard-earned money.
Description of Work: We are building a new home and hired Rick Marshall to install our septic system.
