+ -1 moreI called and left a message late one afternoon and received a call back the next morning. I described the problem and gave Jerry the make and model number of my dryer. He said that he had the necessary parts and could "come by that afternoon between 3 & 4" to repair my dryer. He appeared by 3 and was able to replace a faulty sensor in a short time. I was very pleased that he was willing to work on and keep my 20 year old dryer working and did not try to sell me a new one.
