GAIL'S LAWN & LANDSCAPE SVC

They have been cutting my lawn for a long time (years). Suddenly in July I get a bill for June and the price nearly doubled. No warning was given to me. I called the owner and found out he doesn't own it any more. He sold it to his workers. I can't begin to tell you how mad I was. First, for not letting me know it was sold. Second, not giving me advanced warning the price went up. When I called the - new - owners, they told me prices went up everywhere. I called two other services and they were cheaper than Gails. Needless to say, I changed. Later they called me back and said they would agree to cut it at the original price, and I said no thanks. If you use them, get a contract with them. In that contract state that no price can change without notifying the owner first.

Well...never heard from her again. Wasted a week of my time till I realized she was not calling back--I wanted to give her the job but I suppose it was too much for the company to deal with. Ended up finding another company to do the job..I ended up being a big one --to bad they passed on it. I rated an F because it is so unprofessional not to give a potential customer or any one the respect of calling back. Poor business management.

Everything was wonderful. They went out of their way to be polite. They did what they said they would do and it was a pleasure.

They do a good job and would suggest them to other friends.
