Description of Work: Provider provides regularly scheduled maintenance including oil changes, checking brakes etc. Provider fixes brakes etc. He does not do transmission work.

 + -1 moreWe phoned Chad and told him what was going on and he said he was booked up that day but had us to drop the vehicle off at the shop early the next morning and he guaranteed that he would have it ready by 6:00 pm that evening. We dropped the vehicle off about 7:30 the next morning and called about 5:15 to see if if was going to be ready that day and he said that he was just putting it all back together; and it would be ready by 6:00. About 5:45 my husband drove me to Chad's and it was indeed ready to go; we paid Chad by check; and never have had another problem at all with the heater. Chad was the owner of the business and he does all the work himself. He is most pleasant to deal with and would trust no one else with jobs on our vehicles.
Description of Work: The heater was not working and just blowing cold air. He had to tear the entire dashboard out of our 2006 Chevrolet Equinox to repair & replace the parts needed.
