I live in Houston area and own a rental property in the Riverside (Huntsville), Tx. area. Repair and maintenance is difficult because I am so far away. I had never used Angie's List when I joined in an attempt to find someone to do work on this property. I was impressed with Bond's Handyman Service (William "Buddie" Bond) review. I spoke with Mr. Bond on the phone twice. He immediately understood my objective. He sent an estimate by email to me for consideration. It was more than my budget would allow. He was willing to work with me to determine my most urgent needs in order to reduce the cost. I realized in order to bring the property to the standard I wanted I would need to pay more than I had planned. I accepted his original proposal. He started work immediately with a crew. The work was flawless and fast. They hauled away debris and cleaned area after their work. I couldn't find even one spot where paint had gotten on the brick. Excellent work! Excellent company!

I have my home rented out while I am out of state. I called Mr Bonds with the problems my tenants were having. He was very prompt on calling and setting up appointment to look at the problems. He called me to inform me of the solutions and the approximate costs. We agreed on the job. He was very courteous with my tenants, they were very happy with Mr Bonds and the work he did. I will call him again if I have any other problems.
