+ -1 moreThe company was quick to respond and get someone out to look at the problem. Jim, the repair tech, was professional and responsive. On the occasions when work was going to be performed at the shop, and I was told I would get a call regarding the results of their efforts, I felt the communication could have been better. Each time I expected a call the following day and each time the return call was two days later. To be fair, Jim never said I would get a call the following day, so the problem may have just been my expectation. They seem to be truly interested in repair, not just replacing parts. While that is refreshing, it our case it delayed completion of the repair. The job has been completed and the washer is working fine. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Our washing machine would not power up and basic troubleshooting indicated an internal problem with the machine. They found a faulty board, tested to determine if they could repair the board, then ordered and installed a new board.

Description of Work: Just an FYI for the area, $100 service fee to come to Livingston area to do an estimate. Chose to research other providers without a fee.

+ 1 moreGreat The job was done on budget and i found a new service company that can take care of all our maintenance needs.
Description of Work: I called company out to change a water-heater, They gave a baseline est. over the phone. When Chris arrived he verified the install called someone to deliver a new water-heater and begin removing old heater. He replaced water-heater as per our agreement. He also researched the old heater and was able to help me get a small warranty credit from old water-heater manufacture. Tech also noticed my a/c unit making loud noise on start up. He checked it out and found a weak capacitor and replaced. What really stood out with this company is that they have a service approach instead of coming in and imediantly trying to sell me a new unit. The tech then explained that they where a true service company and not salesmen, Chris also said that there techs were paid per hour and no commission. This made me feel better with my choice in using them.

+ -1 moreJim was great called to notify me he was running late, arrived in the time period he stated, checked out both appliances and ordered part for the dishwasher, we arranged another date/time to install the part. Excellent experience with this company would use again.
Description of Work: Called to check out a sub zero refrigerator and a whirlpool dishwasher.
