 + -1 moreAfter the deposit was received they ordered the glass. Because of the cold we had it took longer than expected to get the glass installed. I called them weekly for 2 weeks to check on the status. Once the weather warmed and they caught up with the orders; they called and attempted to install between bigger jobs- but we unfortunately were not available. A date was locked in and they arrived on time. The installer had no major issues removing the old glass and installing them. Would have referred a mat to be placed in the tub to cover the surface, but the installer cleaned the area well after completion. The windows look good and they appear to be resealed.
Description of Work: Provided options for glass window replacement. (New frames vs. replacing just the glass.) Also tints available. A Specialist came to house to measure glass and check the existing frames. They ordered the glass. They took out the old glass and installed the new glass. Inspected parts to insure serviceability before final completion. Work area was cleaned and old glass hauled away.
