Description of Work: I used contractor Joey Kelly who subcontracted it to Bob Hunter of HUNTER REMODELING whom attempted to have me replace the load center circuit breaker's due to him saying the 150-amp indoor main breaker tripped when he attempted to use his saw. Then he tried to replace it with a 30 space 200-amp load center which he was attempting to charge me $900.00 for and that did not include the main breaker's. That's when I called a electrician from here in town whom sent a electrician to my home within 30 mins. of calling and Wesley of (MIKULENKA ELECTRIC) upon arrival reset the 150-amp main breaker in his hand that Bob had removed from my load center without a permit. Wesley reinstalled the main breaker and power was back on after 6 hours of bob's wasted time and Wesley said it was time to update the old box to be in a more updated load center and woth the new load center of 30 spaces and 200-amp indoor load centr and 200-amp main breaker's (2) each @ 100-amp with permit and parts and labor would cost about $450.00 to $500.00 and it is scheduled for later next week with (MIKULENKA ELECTRIC. |Bob also originally was remodeling/ replacing some water damaged siding and support post for the carport. the post were to be rough cut 4"x6" treated pine instead he has ordered cedar 4"X6" support post and left my electrical box and cooling line's for A/C dangleling for two day's as well as my phone junction and main box dangleling for the same time frame and when he did reattach it it did not match the vertical lines on the new siding which is very obvious and the cut's are not flush they all have about a 1/8th in gap on each end of the trim which will need to be filled with a paintable silicone or some type of caulking to fill in the gap's when painted. Bob's hours are anywhere from 9am to 4:30pm and he leaves frequently for short period's of time, he also prefers to deal with women of the home rather than the man and say's he will be there to work on a certain day and may not show up the next day. I highly recommend no one ever use him as his work ethic;s are very poor as well as the final project.

Mr. Tony Hunter has a cabinet shop in Huntington, Texas. He gave me the bid and did all the work for remodeling the kitchen. They started the work last Monday and it took them three days. They finished the work on Thursday as they did not work on Wednesday. He was going to do the backsplash but after he saw as to what it was, he was afraid that he would not be able to do it. So, I had somebody else do it. He gave me a bid for $4300 but then he gave me a credit on it as he did not do the backsplashes.
Description of Work: I used Hunter's Remodel amd Custom Cabinets on the 11th of August 2011 for remodeling my kitchen.
