MIke Zucca is a very bad plumber and a horrible businessman. He is unbelievably unprofessional, non-responsive and lazy. I would never ever use him again and cannot say enough that his business practices are way below poor. I would recommend to stay away from doing business with him. I called Mike Zucca because he has done work for a friend of mine and she was satisfied with his work. I asked him to come work on my kitchen faucet, which was leaking and the hot/cold was reversed from my husband's attempt to fix it. I explained to him what kind of faucet it was and what the problem was. He did come the day after I called him, which was an acceptable time frame. I was not able to take off work to be here, but my sister came over and met him and stayed while he worked. He worked in the sink area for an hour or so, told my sister it was fixed and left with a check for $85 on Friday, 10-12-12, which he cashed on 10-15-12. As soon as I got home on Friday, I saw the sink was still leaking, but the hot/cold reversal had been done. I didn't want to bother Mike Zucca over the weekend, but called early Monday of the next week and left a message. I had to call at least 10-12 times over the next few weeks, but he would never call me back. I finally tricked him by calling from an alternate phone number and he picked up - remember, this was after leaving him 10-12 messages asking him to call me, which he never did. When I explained that he never repaired my sink, he said if I would get the parts and he would come put them in. At this point I was so disgusted, I do not want to have him near my house again. Because I explained the problem to him before he came, I felt he should have brought the parts., installed them and charged me for them. If he did not have the correct parts, he should have let me know, rather than avoiding me for weeks. To finally be told I needed to get the parts really aggravated me. Again, I think his customer service and his technical abilities are both very poor.

He's very fast. He's prices are very, very good. He comes out to your house and you don't pay any fees. He's a very good, qualified person.
