Description of Work: The way Sean does his business will exceed your expectations as I did. Sean went above and beyond to make sure that our needs our met. When he learned on our initial request that we were experiencing a leak in the roof, he went out of his way to come over to check the leak with zero commitment. The work performed was awesome, they spent 3 hours which included the whole roof and driveway. They sealed all vents that needed caulking and even removed 2 old satellite dish. I would recommend Sean and his company, they are awesome.

Description of Work: Shane and his crew got here a little early and finished up in the time indicated, even though they did a few extras at no charge. I hired him to clean the roofs of our 2-story home and 2-car detached garage. The final cost was $45 LESS than the estimate, which was a nice surprise! The roof cleaning includes a free exterior power-washing, which in my case includes siding on all 4 sides of the house plus 4 sides of the garage. He cleaned the front walkway and some very dirty chairs, free of charge. He found that the squirrels had been eating away at the protective lead around all the exit pipes on the roof and he repaired them, again free of charge. Shane and his crew are very professional and polite. Absolutely no complaints. I will be calling him again in 3 yrs, for the suggested follow-up cleaning to keep our roof looking - and acting - brand new!

Description of Work: He cleaned the roof in the rain and it took about 8 hours. He pressure washed and got all of the mold and mildew off. The roof looks brand new! He came out after the hurricane and he did take some shingles where you could not see them and moved them to where they were needed on the roof because they had discontinued our shingles.

Texas Roof Cleaning cleaned the black off, and the roof looked like new again. They also cleaned the south side of the roof for no extra charge. That had not been a part of the original agreement, but the contractor said he thought it would make the rest of the roof have a more uniform color--even on the sides you could not see when looking at the area they cleaned. They even cleaned off the mold on the chimney and some of the brick of the house at no extra charge.
