Texas Roof Clean

I called Texas Roof Cleaning and they provide a rough cost estimate over the phone after I told them a little about my house. I schedule the appointment then. The day of the service, Shane surveyed the roof and recommended only cleaning the front of the roof and treating the other parts. The cost was less than what they had provided on the phone. He even sprayed the driveway with a treatment to clean the mold growth there - at no extra cost. The total time was less about three hours and Shane and his crew were very professional. The house looks great - I couldn't be happier with the service.

Shane was quick to respond to my email and provided a very cost effective quote. Shane and his crew were on time and did an excellent job of cleaning my tile roof and gutters. The entire project took approx. 4 hours. They also sprayed some chemical on my flagstone patio deck to kill mold at no extra cost and repaired several broken roof tiles. All of the debris from the roof, pine straw and leaves, were removed from my flowerbeds and bagged for collection. My neighbor had just recently had his roof cleaned for twice the cost of what Texas Roof Clean quoted, so i was extremely pleased with the cost and professionalism of Mr. Buckalew and his coworker/s. Great Job!

My home is about 13 years old and this is the second time that I have had Texas Roof Cleaning clean the roof. Shane has done an outstanding job each time, making the roof look like new. I have a north facing home with trees in the front yard that makes for especially heavy staining from the trees and early morning shade. The products that Shane uses clean the roof completely without using high pressure power washing and do not damage my plants and shrubs. Shane observed that the roof on the south side of my home was clean and free of stain and he recommended that we forego the expense of cleaning that portion of the roof. I admire a service company that makes a recommendation to cut my cost. Great job and I'll definitely use them again and again.

The team showed up on time, worked diligently and professionally. Upon completion they did a thorough clean up. The job itself was well done and competitively priced.

The experience was great, they cleaned the debris off my roof and put it in the trash instead of dumping on the side. That was the first thing I noticed; that they care that you care about your home and the appearance. It took a couple of hours and now I have a clean roof, almost looks new! Shane is definitely getting a return business in the future for maintenence. I recommend him.

We have worked with Shane for the since 09, he always let's you know he is own his way. He stays with it until he finishes. We did add some additional work while he was here and he is always glad to accommodate. Our house and roof look wonderful. I had to leave to run some errands, Shane is one of few contractors I am absolutely comfortable leaving. He is very detail oriented and his services are always done to perfection.

I had an experience with a different roofer. So I called Texas Roof company, they came out to see the damage and they told me it would take about 2 hours. They came out re-cleaned the roof and additionally cleaned my windows, and gutters. It was a good experience for a great price.

When providing a quote, Shane suggested that I call my original roofer to determine if the original roof had coverage that would pay for the roof cleaning. My roof did not have coverage, but I thought that was excellent suggestion. For the work the cleaners arrived on time, performed a thorough job, and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, the company performed an excellent job, completing all tasks as promised for a fair price.

Shane and his people are what you wish all contractors would be. Professional, on time and they do what they say they will.They answered the phone when I called, scheduled the job and gave an estimate of cost. They showed up on time to do the work and gave me a firm price once they had surveyed the job. Price was the same as the estimate. Once I approved the price they started work. The outcome was perfect. Roof clean. (Looks new) No mess left and Shane was kind enough to give me an overview inspection of my roof and make some suggestions on updating a few things. (Not selling anything, just offering some ideas I could do myself or contract a roofer) I got my monies worth and will refer and use them again.

I was searching for someone to power wash the house. I did some research and decided for them to come out and give an estimate for a power wash on the house and garage. We just purchased the house and were doing alot of work around the hosue. So we decided to use him to power wash the whole house and garage. We decided on a price and they were supposed to power wash the house and garage. I went inside while they were working. They came and said they were done and I paid them. When I went out to check the job after it had dried a little bit I saw they did not wash the house. I called them the next day to say you did not wash the house. He said he would come out in a week. He came out later that week with an attitude. He power washed one side and said he was not going to do the rest because he thinks it does not need it. His exact words were "I determine that it does not need it."During this time when he came back he was very rude and belligerent. He was cursing and acting very unprofessional .I have already paid for a whole house power wash and garage power wash. I have paid this man but he did not do the job we agreed on. What parts of the house and garage he did were great but we decided on a whole house and he did not do that.

After several years of streaking and algae on the north side of my brick wall, it's all gone and looks brand new. Came in lower than the quote over the phone. The roof is bright and clean as new. I could not find the $50 coupon on the website, but he gave me credit anyway. Great job Shane and crew. Professional, good work in this wind today and on time. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.
