 + -1 moreI have been dealing with Rainbow Pest Control for approx. 20 years. Jerry and his staff in the field have always been professional and on time. Can't stress enough about the on time. In this day and age of 4 hour windows, they give you a two hour window and will then set up the appointment for a specific hour. They have never been late, in fact, if it is raining they are early because they can't do the exterior of the house until after the rain lets up. They come back and do the exterior once the rain has stopped. They are friendly and professional. Their office staff is equally wonderful and there is no stress dealing with them. Can't sing their praises enough. I have recommended Rainbow Pest Control to several of my friends.
Description of Work: First - they are prompt and are there when they say they will be there. Secondly - they always take off their shoes Thirdly - they greet you with with a smile always Fourth - They then go through the house performing their services. They explain what they are doing as they are spraying and will answer any questions you may have. They then spray outside and then provide the customer with an invoice. They are quick and never ever leave any dirt.

 + -1 moreThey usually come once a month. They are usually very professional and on time and their rates are reasonable. Their responsiveness and punctuality is very good. The guy who comes out is nice.

 + -1 moreWe've been with Bud for 15-20 years. They're very thorough and knowledgeable, and very professional. He always takes his shoes off at the door. They are incredibly pleasant and always does a good job.
