 + -1 moreWhen Amanda called to set up an estimate, I specifically asked the fee for the estimate. She said none. ( I asked her and every plumber, electrician and installer the costs for estimates) When they show up (with no call ahead), they did the estimate at $400 ++, the average estimates ranged from $200 to $250. When I said no thanks, the plumber said there was a $49.00 charge. NOT. The $49.00 is not that much, but the idea that she tells me 'no charge' on the appointment set up, then wants to charge me after is shoddy practice in my opinion. I would suspect this shoddiness is company-wide; and I would not use them even if their price was comparable.

 + 0 moreI live in an older home and am always nervous when it comes to plumbing! With Pioneer, the repairs were done in a very short period of time, they cleaned up after themselves and were very personable, but professional. They were on time and after the work was done, there were no "hidden" charges. I know they do excellent work and I have already recommended them to several friends and relatives. I think they also do work on businesses too.
Description of Work: They reset a toilet that wobbled terribly. I had already hired two other plumbers and it took Pioneer to get it right! I was very pleased. Also, the drain to the washing machine was clogged up, the pipe in the wall. They had that fixed in no time.
