When i put the request in, they responded and were actually able to send a person at the time that was most convenient for me. David arrived exactly on time, and he was very courteous and I could tell immediately that he knew what he was doing. All my jobs were done to my satisfaction. What a relief to get all these plumbing issues fixed. I can say David did an excellent job. I would definitely use this company again and would refer them to friends.

I needed a water heater replaced. I was interested in a tankless heater. I called them at 8:00 AM and asked if they could accommodate. They said absolutely. They asked did I prefer morning, 8:00 - 12:00, or afternoon. I said morning. They told me it would be about 10:00 and they would call me when they were 30 minutes away. At 11:30 I called them. They told me I was next on the list. fAt 12:50 they called me, 30 minutes out. At 1:30 they showed. I explained what I wanted and he said great but he would have to get someone else out to talk about a tankless heater. That guy got there 15 minutes later. He gave me an estimate, it was high but I thought within reason. They drained one tank and left telling me they were going to get all the parts together and be back at 9:00 the next morning. This morning at 9:36 they called, 30 minutes out. They got here after 10:00, drained the remaining tank and removed them. At about 11:55 the installer told me he needed to get some parts and would be right back. At 1:45 I called the company asking where he was and what was the estimated finish time. â He is right around the corner. He only has about 30 minutes worth of work to finish at your house. It is now after 2:40, no installer. He has been gone longer than they worked this morning. My advice is to be honest with your customers and if things about the job change, communicate with them. This was a $7200 job. I donâ t know if they were equipped to handle it. They are nice people, courteous and professional in their manner, but I would not have hired them if I had known they were not going to be honest and communicative. I should have realized that after day 1, but they are nice. Hopefully there are no problems with the unit. I am not optimistic at this point. Update: The installer returned about 2:45 and apologized for being gone so long he had to **get a lot of parts**. The 30 minutes of work took. Well, it is now 4:00 and he is not close to finishing.

They came out right away and took care of the issue quickly.

The were very deceptive, unknowing to them I already had the part, but they were going to charge over 500. When I asked the tech how much is labor he said I need to talk to office, I called the office and they told me the tech would need to tell me, then when I told him I had the part he said you caught me, and then charged 250.00

The project tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the scope of the work in detail. I desperately need the repair done, so I went ahead with the job. My only disappointment was how very very expensive it was for a small repair job.
