Pioneer sent a serviceman out on 12/2/11 and completed the work. He was on time, efficient, courteous and I was very pleased with the work. I will not hesitate to use Pioneer again.

Got in touch with me within 5 minutes of submitting form, showed up the next day on time. Clearly explained problems & options throughout process. Were prompt, professional and very friendly. May be a bit pricey, but I honestly haven't had the time to check around and see. Would most definitely call them again.

Didn't get the job done. Just changed a part on hot water heater and charged $300. I still have no hot water and out $300. I don't recommend this company to anybody.

Billy arrived on time, and were able to give a quick diagnosis of the problem. I am very pleased with the professionalism and quality of work that the Pioneer did at my house, and the new sewer system works excellent. The price was right. I was very impressed with how the job site was left perfectly clean. I would be happy to use Pioneer again and again.
