They were great. Arrived on time to give quote. Hired them on the spot and the project was completed that day. Installers were very professional.

Pioneer arrived in timely manner and began appraisal and it was little high but needed to fix water heater...they did not have the part and had to order and he said he would be back the next morning. He could not come because he was sent on another job and replacement repairman came with replacement part...the part did not fix the problem...their reply was "well this part fixes the problem most of the time" and now needed another part... both prices combined cost price nearing as much as new water heater So since I have two water heaters in home and they are getting older I asked for estimate for replacing both heaters! The estimate was unbelievably high ($3239.50) and that was $1140 more that the contractor I used with the same 8 year warranty heaters and with same installation specifications for the approximately 2-3 hours installation...plus I had to pay Pioneer for part that they installed that did not fix anything...Unbelievable!!! Also, if anyone went out and bought retail heaters of same caliber and rating it would be around $1300.00. If you took the $3239.50 they gave as estimate that is almost 2000 dollars for labor for 2-3 hours work...that is ridiculous and the very reputable company I used charged 800 dollars labor...!!! I will not use this company again!!

He didn't even mind when my Doberman stood next to him watching what he was doing. He petted her and they were best buddies. Now that's excellent service! Pioneer is now my go-to plumbing company!!!

This company showed up without asking for mandatory fee. The gave us their honest opinion. In the long run it saves us a lot of money.

Service representative arrived on time(a little early)and was polite, neatly dressed and very knowledgeable about my problem. Customer Service called prior to his arrival to give me his name so I would know who to expect.

The office called and told me exactly when to expect them and that they would be in a company truck and wearing uniforms. Very impressed by the whole operation.
