We called for an emergency repair on our outside spigot. They arrived as promised and did a very professional job. Daniel and Blair were courteous and respectful. We are very happy with the job they did and highly recommend!

The price was more than budgeted. The time to perform work was too long (almost a week), the technician was extremely nice, but their ability to locate a leak did not meet my expectations.

The bath tub drain was cleared, easy job with their special price $117 as promised.

My plumbing issue was fixed promptly. The technicians were professional and took COVID-19 precaution measures by wearing masks and shoe covers. Good job but costs ended up being double the original estimate. Although explanation for price increase was give, what could I have done at that time? I did not want to send them away and start all over looking for another plumbing company. In conclusion, the work is satisfactory and I recommend this company but watch out for the final costs.

I got a response within a few minutes after I submitted the job, and the technician was able to visit the property the next morning’s. He was professional and made a proposal quickly after looking at the clogged drain. The price is reasonable , and the problem was resolved quickly

Replaced Broken/leaking PVC water main between meter and house. Prompt response for quote, and coordinated to complete the job the following day. No hassles, did good work, high quality PEX materials and workmanship including new copper riser and Ball SOV at house. Reburied line, and restored yard nicely. Would use them again.

On time, quick to get parts & make repairs. Tech wore mask & gloves for covid19 precautions.

We had a great experience. They were very punctual and so communicative. They got the work done really quickly and well and were friendly and responsive to questions.

Daniel and Blair were very professional. Covid awareness was in play! Daniel took his time explaining all our options. I hated that my old tankless water heaters had gone out, but they worked out the best plan for us!!! I was impressed with the professionalism from Danny the receptionist, Daniel, and Blair! I would rehire again for sure!!!

Pioneer was very responsive in getting out and assisting with our water heater situation and was able to replace it in a timely manner. They are a bit high in the price after assessing others - but they did a job well done. Customer service was great.
